Did someone say bucket of Chicken ? Chicken it is!! KFC tonight googlers. New blog ✨️ . I was across the street at Speedway buying smokes and pumping gas ⛽️. When the smell of KFC came lingering into my nose . I pulled across the street and made it official for dinner time ☀️ ⏲️ . This place was on point making my food and friendly service too . I had a coupon for a family meal deal . Which saved me money . I ordered #8 piece Chicken with sides of mac n cheese and mash potatoes n gravy . Biscuits too! This KFC NEVER gets my order right! I either don’t get something I ordered like the bucket I ordered for a game night with my friends the drumsticks were so pathetically small there was barely any meat on them! Never going back here ever again, I was hoping they would get better but I’ve lost hope.

I went through the drive-through. This is more than one time this is happened where I am always missing something from the bag there’s no silverware no condiments for the food that you order. I’m not understanding people that order a dinner. Do you get a fork and a knife and a napkin we ordered food boxes we got no sauces for chicken nuggets. Everything is dry and terrible. The cake I ordered a cake I didn’t get it the service when I called back. I couldn’t even explain to her the rest of my complaint because she was she made me feel uncomfortable. She told me oh well whatever This is what you get when you hire young help that can’t handle their job because they’re overwhelmed She needs to learn better manners because no one is rude to her and no one‘s yelled at her and no one called her names and no one was swearing. The only rude person I had was the person that doesn’t want to give me the name her name actually that she claims she’s the manager I will find out about that.

I don’t really look to have a “good” experience at KFC….. it’s just really hoping not to have a bad one! We thought coming here, midday, and them not being crowded would work in our favor. WRONG! Our order was still wrong and in order for them to rectify the issue, I must bring their mashed potatoes back within 30 days. How petty. I have zero worry that this bowl of paste will decompose, so no worries, I’ll comply!
