The food was good.. But the workers were rude and liars. They have a product that offers sauces and they originally tried to charge me for extra sauces. After i asked they took the extra charge off. — After my order was made they kept the sauces. I told them that they were mine and they insisted that they did not belong to me… By the time the whole sauce ordeal was over with my food was cold. After i ate it I went back up there and asked for the general manager and the same lady came out … named ‘alaina’ and said that she is the manager, general manager, and regional manager (which i did not believe). And basically explained that it was busy (which there was only 3 orders)… And continued to try to brush me off. Otherwise the food was descent and it was a pretty generous amount.

We were at 1/2 price books and although we haven’t been to the mall in quite a while, I thought the food court would have been fun for dinner. Big Mistake! As we looked around it appeared the restaurants were beginning to break down for the night. 2 of the three of us decided on Mad Chicken which we wanted to try.

First and last time at Mad Chicken. So much feathers the chicken could practically still fly. My Boyfriend ordered the fried chicken and spent most of the time plucking the feathers off. He didn’t want to take it back because the service we received was already bad. We waited 15 minutes for chicken with feathers still on it. You can tell this is a sell only establishment meaning they don’t eat their own food, they just sell it. My boyfriend asked what sauce Sarah would recommend and she simply said it was up to him. My boyfriend went to ask for a bag and the cashier just rolled her eyes as if it was inconvenient for her. Never going back.

This is located in the food court of the mall. It took a bit to get my order as it seems like they have a small kitchen. I was really excited to try this and was disappointed. I had the mad fries. Great chicken, great BBQ sauce but the fries they come on think…nacho style were rock hard and over cooked. The fork couldn’t even stab into them. I was force the eat just Parr of the meal and toss more then half.

Super rude at this location. Walked up to order and she is messing with the soda machine. I waited for her to greet me instead I got you can go ahead, while still working on the soda machine. Then no change? I already paid 16$ for one meal now I can’t get back 65 cents? I run six stores and have no problem getting 700$ in change (coins) every few days. Makes no sense to rob people on prices then not give change. I now paid 17$ for what?
