The person who took my order put my address in as Prattville even though I told him Millbrook. The delivery guy drove to Prattville and went to the wrong address. After coming to Millbrook he still went to the wrong address. Our pizzas were late, cold and not good quality this time. Very disappointed.

I called to place an order only to be told that online ordering ended at 10:30 and phone orders end at 1045. However, the individual failed to tell me that they close at 11 PM despite the internet listing them as closing at 12 AM. The individual working told me the only way to place an order would be to come into the store. So I leave my home with the intention to place an in-store order only pull up just in time for them to turn out the lights and lock the doors. All of this could have been avoided if the individual working would have stated that they closed at 11 PM. I assume others had either been told the same thing that I was told or merely checked the internet for hours because three other vehicles pulled into the parking lot with the intentions to place an order in store only to realize that Marco’s was closed. I then take it upon myself to take a picture of the hours and make the update on Google, since management is unaware and inconsiderate that the internet is how people check for business hours.

The Manager Cathy did an exceptional job of fixing what turned out to be an unavoidable, crazy situation. Their phones and system went down, and our delivery ran late as a result. I must admit, I probably wasn’t the easiest to deal with when I first went in, but Cathy went above and beyond to make things right. I was already a big fan of this establishment, and given the quality of service and dedication to her customers which she provided, I’m now an even bigger fan. Regardless of the unfortunate and out of anyone’s control circumstances. Will definitely be back time and time again. Thank you Cathy!

Their cauliflower pizza is amazing. I hate that even though I’m literally 1.5 minutes down the road, you can’t order online because their gps system somehow can’t find an entire subdivision.

I ordered a carry-out medium pepperoni which took less than 20 minutes. When they opened the box to show me, I decided to start eating it right away…why wait. It was already fresh, hot, greasy and extra cheesy.

Great pizza as always. When I went they were having a back up (likely a staff shortage as many are dealing with as it was the day after Christmas). Customers were patient and even though there were 15 folks waiting, we all were gracious because the pizza is awesome and so is their service!

Two months ago, I switched to Marco’s after repeated problems with one of their competitors. I wish I had switched long ago! From the ease of ordering delivery on their website to the kindness of each of the delivery drivers I’ve encountered, I highly recommend them!!
