Great sno-cones period and affordable. Don’t have sugar-free syrup options, Marshmallow creme or Egg Custard but still a lot of very nice options. Located in a crummy, weedy shopping center parking lot, inside a tiny shed that’s been here a long time. CASH ONLY. We had good service from a young staff and will continue to come back!

My daughter (lol, who’s 20) loves loves loves this place! After getting her tonsils out today, guess where she wanted to go on our way home. You got it. . .Sno Shack! Such a great variety of flavors and the staff is usually very pleasant. We will be visiting quite a bit over the next week! Keep up the good work

Best snow cone I ever had as a kid. Best snow cone I have ever had as an adult. Anytime I visit my old hometown of Mechanicsville this is a stop I MUST make. Never lets me down and now I get to share the joy with my own children. Always get the biggest size you won’t regret it lol.

Today was the only day I have ever been disappointed with Sno Shack. I have been coming here for years. I felt like a disappointed little child. I chose Sno Shack over Starbucks. First my order was given to another customer. The clerk retrieved it from the customer removed the spoon and but a new spoon in and handed it to me. I said ma’am he ate out of it. She proceed to make me another and it fell in the sink. It lost some ice. She added more ice and pushed down with her hand. She was the person who took my payment. Money carry so many germs. She wasn’t rude, but my feelings were crushed. I thought about this treat the whole time I was in therapy:(

It’s been a family tradition to go every year since I was a little girl (and now in my 30s with children 9f my own) I still order what I did as a child even though it’s not even listed . I love the fact that the current staff knows what it is without me having to tell them (with an exception of a couple employees over all these years). We love it here.
