Missing chips in an online order from this location. Pretty much the entire reason we got a bowl and side of guac. We didn’t discover this until we had driven away. Went to another location with our order still sealed to try to get a bag of chips. They made me pay for it. And they are stale. And our guac is completely brown. Failure of service at both locations, both get negative reviews. If I didn’t have to drive back in the rain, I’d have gotten a full refund. Disappointed.

Wish I could give this location ZERO stars. I have given it several chances, due to convenience, anyways hoping it will improve. I ordered in the app and when I went to pick up, was missing 4 chips. I asked, only to be told they were out and couldn’t refund in store. I would have to call customer service. Unreal. After ordering tonight (in the app), we picked up our order and once home, discovered that all the orders were wrong. 3 bowls that were missing items and had items added that weren’t the order. The portion sizes were very small and overall, the bowls were a mess.

If I could get this store all zeros, I would. It is nothing but a constant issue anytime I go and eat at the store. I have two other chipotle’s in proximity of my house and this one is the closest which is a shame. Anytime I go in customer service is awful, the people look like they never want to be there. They are always running out of food, for example, today I went in around 1 PM to order a simple bowl to be told. There is no rice. I’m sorry how does a company that serves food and predominantly rice as an entrée run out ?

Slowest service ever experienced at Chipotle. Stood in line for nearly 20 minutes with only 4 people in front of me. No serving spoon in the queso so they had to go find one. After all the waiting sat down at a table to eat COLD food.

I order 2 bowls both with extra white rice and 1 double portions but was given brown rice and barely chicken or the salsa I HAD TO MAKE MY OWN RICE image fasting all day and opening your food just to be disappointed what make me more mad is the fact that my order was not ready when I got there which I’m fine with it they were busy but that whole time I’m there no one bother to tell me oo we only have brown rice would you like that!!!! They told customers who came in and I know that if they out of rice or protein it usually for people who come in and not those who order online if they know they running out of item they leave it for online order! I threw a whole bowl with brown rice I always finish my plate but this time all went to the trash ️ NOT EVERYONE LIKE THERE ORDER TO BE CHANGE IMAGINE IF I WAS ALLERGIC TO SOMETHING THEY SWAP MY ORDER WITH PLEASE DO BETTER AND IT’S DEFINITELY NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY DO THIS

Been to this location 3 separate times thinking the poor food quality, lack of available dishes and service was just due to staffing issues and maybe a fluke. Nope….This was my last time ever going to this location! An hour and a half before closing they were out of white rice and the brown rice was not fresh, The chicken looked super dry and they were out of corn! The workers did not care and just stood around with an” oh well” demeanor. This location notoriously claims they are out of different dishes…Will never go back! If you are in the mood for Chipotle – Do yourself a favor and DO NOT visit this location! Corporate definitely needs to intervene!!

Ordered sofritas bowls for whole family. The lady hurried and filled the bowls with uncooked rice, literally it felt like just the raw rice soaked in water and served. None of us could eat. It was later in the evening and we had a long way to drive; kids had to starve before we could find something else. Everything went to trash!!!!
