I went here yesterday with my daughter and have been to this location before and I like there fries. I paid for my daughter’s fries in cash and left a tip in cash. We waited for our order and got it in timely fashion. Upon leaving the staff of guys was yelling and cat calling in the worst way possible. To be clear I had on joggers and tee shirt Not that it mattered. I have never went into a restaurant and experienced staff yell at me and say things about how shapely I am. No respect for my daughter who is 6. I will never go to this five guys again. This is disgusting and I don’t know who the Manager was but obviously they didn’t care. Women stay away and tell your daughter’s to do so as well. No telling what will happen here.

I went into five guys today and was greeted by my favorite cashier; Fantashica Blakey! She is truly one of a kind. Always warm and welcoming, and I always observe her cleaning the dining area and making sure everything is always stocked. When she is there, i know i get a Smile with my purchase, and that is the REAL treat! You won’t find customer service as genuine as hers. I recommend anyone and everyone to go into Five guys South Euclid location and meet her for yourselves!

People I always keep it real an tell the truth. Look this one is easy… I have never been dissatisfied!!!!!! with THIS RESTAURANT EVER!!! Food always DELICIOUS AND FRESH BUT, The only thing that bother me is that they DON’T CHANGE THEIR GLOVES ENOUGH…. Fantashica B has amazing customer service! She is the MAIN reason i visit! (the extra fries too) she is always smiling and welcoming, she makes the whole experience feel like your eating 5star instead of 5 guys. My food was hot and fresh, delicious, and it didn’t take long to receive my order. This young woman was wiping tables and sweeping and even wiping the walls! The store was very clean. As i was leaving, the young lady even told me she hoped i enjoyed my meal and to have a wonderful day! After such great Customer service…how could i not!
