Amazing experience every single time I order. All of the staff is professional and friendly. Especially today when they went out of their way to remake a pizza that had been ordered wrong (my fault). The pizzas are very loaded with toppings and are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Papa Murphy’s Pizza. Tuesday $12 pizzas is an unbelievable and unbeatable deal.

They are supposed to be open until 8pm so I get to the store at 730pm and the open sign is turned off and they won’t take any orders. It takes 5 minutes to make a pizza but I can’t go inside and order because they shut down over 39 minutes early on a Saturday night. If you want to leave by 8pm then change the closing time to 7! Absolutely ridiculous!

Purchased a pizza today and Tim was awesome. I had some specific request about how I wanted it made and he was very accommodating and courteous. He gave an appropriate wait time and the pizza was done when he said it would be. He was knowledgeable about the specials and wished me a great day. I’ve never been a take and bake kind of a guy. Bust after I’ve tried papa Murphy at a friends, I’ve been going here the last month. It is much better pizza than other typica pizza joints. If you have a little time to bake in your oven this is the way to go.

I normally order from the Coffee location, however out of convenience this evening I ordered from this Rosedale location. I can’t stress enough how disappointed i am. There was not only a lack of effort put into the making of the pizzas I ordered, but the taste after I cooked them was horrible too. The pizzas lack the normal amount of sauce, and cheese. The sauce was not only light in areas but altogether missing on other areas, and the cheese barely covered the pizzas. I normally wouldnt waste my time writing a review, but since I had an order of 5 pizzas and they were all made to the same poor and disappointing standard. I am hoping with this review maybe the staff will get a talking to about quality and workmanship, and the additional training they so desperately need.

Refused to take a $50 bill for a $36 purchase. Tried to tell me it would take all of his money out of his drawer. Let’s do the math that’s $14 change back. He only had to give me a 10 and four 1s. And he refused. When I tried to explain to him the situation he just raised his voice to me. I don’t think these young adults these days understand the importance of customer service. I think business owners need to stress the importance of customer service. You don’t have to agree but you don’t have to be snotty and the rude. I don’t think any small business owner right now can stand to lose a $36 order. I for one think it’s absolutely ridiculous that we do not take US currency in the US.
