I’ve loved McDonald’s since I was a kid, I’m sure most people have. The food always seems pretty good and I love having a deliciously cold Mcflurry or shake. I really do wish they’d stop raising their prices though, it’s so expensive to eat there nowadays. It used to be somewhere you could go when you barely had any money to live but you at least knew you could afford McDonald’s, not anymore. Also, the employees that work there always seem miserable and pissy, at least the ones i’ve come across. I don’t blame them though.

We asked for the special 2/ $3.99 3 doubles and a McChicken. What we received were 3 double cheeseburgers and a McChicken. The difference in price was about $6.00. We didn’t notice until we were seated that we were overcharged. Went back to ask what happened. We were told we didn’t order McDoubles. We ordered double cheeseburgers. The difference is apparently an extra piece of cheese. We paid $6 for 2 pieces of cheese. If you say, “I would like the special,” that should be a clear indication of what you want to order. An apology for the misunderstanding would have been nice, but that was not the case.

They usually get my order correct (can’t actually remember a time recently they didn’t), they’re always friendly and the food is usually hot. Fries are hot and crispy 80-90% of the time which is way more than most other McDonald’s in the area. The food is always made fairly well, what you would expect you would be getting and not a burger swimming in mustard or a Big Mac with little to no sauce. The employees are so friendly that it reminds me of going to a drive thru in the south. I’ve never had to wait a ridiculously long time at curbside pickup like I have at other places.

I dined in and used the computer board to order. I noted it was dine in. My food came it didn’t include my drink cup or dip sauce. After about a minute of waiting I needed to raise my voice to get someone’s attention to explain my order wasn’t complete. We other Co workers or friends dined in, it got loud. I wish there was a.Burgrr king or Wendy’s near by. It is so much better.
