Gluten free pizza got good reception. But chicken alfredo “bowl” was only filled enough to almost cover the bottom. Picture included. Might order gluten-free pizza again, but will not pay for anything from there before checking more thoroughly. Buyer beware, at that place.

I will never, ¹ever order from them again, it took nearly two hours to get one large pizza, so it was nowhere close to fresh, soggy and just plan sucked. Then the girl and her momma that finally showed up in my driveway with one pizza as i was literally canceling the order says, Do you want to hold my phone while I go get change, uhhh no…..the pizza was so cold and old I didn’t even try it. Ill stick with DoughBoys in rosewood. Horrible.

I placed my order online and went to Papa John’s to pick up my order once I got the notification that it was done. They had some confusion on customers’ orders, and I was given someone else’s order. I’m sure it was just an off day for the employee that was there, and I can understand her frustration since she was alone.

Had a terrible experience. Ordered delivery, and it took forever. The tracker had it as out for delivery, but the GPS was not following. After an inordinate amount of time, the delivery person called and said that he left it outside and that he even beeped his horn. He added that someone strange was walking around, so if it is no longer there, that person probably stole it. We were playing darts by the door, no one ever knocked, no horn had blown, the dogs didn’t even bark. The delivery guy said that we could call his manager since the pizza wasn’t there. I called, and they said that they were wondering where their delivery person was because they had been gone so long. Then they said that they were closing in 10 mins, so they would not take our order. So it was late night, we were lied to, and we didn’t get any food or have other options. I filled out a ticket online to be contacted about our experience and Papa John’s never reached out.
