I always enjoy this place. Employees are friendly and eager to help. Food quality is always above par. Facility is always very clean and comfortable. Only complaint that I could ever have is that to many ppl love this place and some times it takes awhile to order but compared to any other fast food establishment they’re long lines are still faster than any others short lines. Delicious! The best fast food chicken sandwich in town. This is the newest Chick-fil-A in town and I have to say that it is well designed. There is easy access, with 2 different ways to enter or leave from Harrodsburg Rd (one entrance directly before and one entrance directly after at the light). I was able to place my to go order through the drive through and received my food and was on my way back home within just a few minutes. The workers were so friendly and helpful as we all have come to expect from Chick-fil-A. Don’t you wish that all fast food chains would hire and train workers to their level? Anyways, when I got home everything I asked for and ordered was in the bags (even down to the exact number of sauce and mayo packets that I had asked for).

Chick-fil-A has their formula down. Only rarely do I run into human error and experience an issue with my order. Their chicken sandwiches are consistently amazing but their waffle fries aren’t my fav. Pick from a variety of shake options and you’re good to go! Employees are always happy to help (they might actually be robots, not sure), however, when they are slammed you might be waiting a few min to snag another sauce packet to assist with those waffle fries. The dining area is always spotless and big enough that you’re not bumping elbows with randos. This location is in my rotation for a quick, local lunch or dinner, whether dining in, or bringing something on my way home.

This modern version of a CFA is open and very nice. The turn getting in and out is a bit tricky because of current construction in the business park being built next to it. Only negative I had. Bathrooms were clean and had a very unique wash basin setup. Highly recommend.

This location is terrible and deserves every one of its low stars. I have eaten at this location twice. Terrible service and the food is subpar. I’m writing this review because I addressed this issue with the store directly through the App and they did not care to respond to my complaint. Typically when I have issues with other locations, they are met with some sort of accountability. Not this location. I’ll think hard about ever returning.

Every table was dirty with sauces and crumbs… big crumbs. Watched the cashier clean the lobby and take the left over sauces not used and put them back behind the counter with the stock. Kinda gross if you think about it.
