Stopped here for a quick pre-flight breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. The cornbread was so good. Cannot recommend this place enough, especially for anyone flying in and out. It’s only few minutes from the airport!

Great small little diner, good food and friendly service. The food came out fast and was hot. The waitress kept filling my coffee so this was a good sign the service was good. I ordered the scrambled eggs toast with sausage it was cooked perfectly. I also had a side order of french toast which was also very delicious. It was Texas toast I believe. Overall I highly recommend Jefferson diner to anyone who likes that small diner feel with really good food and service. I’m not sure of there hours but, I don’t think they are open on the weekend. I’m pretty sure it’s only like M-F 7 to 2 or something similar.

Flew into town for business. Looked up diners and we found this place. It was packed so we figured really good. Not so much. For starters our waitress had an attitude. Rolled her eyes at us a few times when we asked for sugar and water. Didn’t smile at all! Food was OK. Nothing special… Sorry, I was expecting so much more!
