Excellent Ramen. Comparable to a Ramen shop you’d see in NYC or LA. The Madden Ramen was delicious – a great spicy miso broth, the pork was tasty and melted in your mouth. Hot chili table-side to dial in your own spice. Excellent portion size. Very trendy and clean interior space. Dedication to detail – custom printed napkins, chopsticks, and boba tea cups. Great addition the the EC area. Try it out!

Pretty good overall, service was okay, but, considering they just opened and probably trying to hire more help, it’s reasonable. Food was delicious! A little pricey, but overall, worth it. Definitely try the calamari and char siu buns. Can’t go wrong with pork broth (tonkatsu) ramen as well. Eggs for ramen, definitely a big tester for my wife and I whenever we try new ramen. This one passes! Yolk was good, taste was amazing. It gives sweet braised pork vibes.

I was beyond excited when I heard that a ramen place was coming to Eau Claire. And might I say I was not disappointed. I couldn’t even tell you how many times I said “this is perfect” as I shoved such delectable food in my mouth. I got the Madden ramen and everything in that bowl was perfection. I usually have a hard time finding ramen places that put good meat into their soups but the pork just melted in your mouth. I usually find that bamboo sprouts are too tough for my liking but not these ones. If you are hesitant eating the Madden because it says its a spicy ramen, it is very mild and they make it very easy to make it more spicy if you so choose. I also added corn to mine which was a nice touch. We also got egg rolls (4pc.) and gyoza (6 pc.) which were so good. I see a lot of early reviews saying the prices were too high, however I VERY MUCH disagree with that. With the amount of food the price was very exceptional. At most ramen places I go (for 2 ppl) a meal can got around $40-50 + tip for just the ramen, this place was $45 + tip for 4 dishes, great food and wonderful service. Everyone was so nice and I am pleased to say I will definitely be coming back!!!

First time going here and left feeling highly satisfied. Similar to Hawaii Poke bowl. The music creates a nice relaxing background. The employees and servers were extremely friendly and polite to me throughout the time I was there. Food was delicious and will definitely be back to try some of their other stuff. 5 stars deserved for sure
