Walked over here thinking it’d be a nice fast meal that we could get out of the way. When we got there, they had it posted on the door that you could only order online which threw us off a bit, but we persevered and it told us our order would be ready at 8:10. We ended up waiting for over an hour there until our food was ready 47 minutes late. Thought everything would be okay from there, but of course they still managed to get our order wrong, but it wasn’t a big deal and we didn’t want to wait any longer, so we didn’t bother them about it. Just when I thought nothing else could go wrong, I went to get a sprite and sat back down. Turns out they ran out of the syrup for Sprite, so when I expected to get a refreshing sip of Sprite, I was greeted by plain carbonated water.

“Only taking online orders” per the lady behind the counter. Placed online order while standing in the dining area. Pickup was supposed to be 10 min. Then they opened the register and serving walk in customers while at least 10 online people waited…took 30 min. Sucked

Branded my card?! The chip reader here left dark marks on the chip of my debit card, with a “C” emboldened. Very concerned, and was luckily able to get most of it off later with some rubbing alcohol so the card could work. But wow, have never had that happen anywhere! Pay with cash here.

I come here fairly often and the food itself is always fine, but I do have some complaints. First of all, online ordering is never ready when it says it will be. Expect to wait 5-10 extra minutes for your food depending on the order size. Secondly, if you’re ordering a burrito, be prepared for the rice and beans to take up 90% of the order with barely anything else. Lastly, twice now have they charged me for guacamole and forgotten to put it in. Guac is an extra 2.40 so you can tell how disappointed I am to find that it’s often forgotten. Also, the workers are never that pleasant. I understand that this is a difficult job to have but at least putting some effort into making it look like you care about the customers would be nice.

I absolutely love chipotle but eating here was the first time I couldn’t finish my chipotle meal because of how it tasted. Firstly, they’re always out of toppings, even when there’s no queue and it’s the middle of the day. Secondly, this place is dirty and unclean. There’s wrappers lying over the floor and the tables are dirty. For my food, the sour cream tasted like something was off and the staff seem like they couldn’t care less. This isn’t even the first time I’ve had this experience here and many others have recounted similar experiences to me. Not coming back.

At one point I would get lunch once a week here. But the staff changes, you order and pay online. Only to find out they are out of things, and reimbursement forget it!! App isn’t build like that and their employees have no idea! Last visit.. I don’t know if they were being funny, My order was again chips I paid for I can’t get and my order was Topped with TONS of RED HOT sauce, which was not ordered.. made everything inedible!! Over Them! Don’t go to the one on Washtenaw in Ann Arbor.

I have ordered from this location a couple of times. EVERY TIME they do not put veggies or guacamole. It is literally a soup of sour cream, rice, a bit of cheese and beans. That’s it. It is missing about 4 or 5 other things. I also would never want that much sour cream. I never said to put that much. Again, this is soup. I know it is hard working in the restaurant industry right now, but when I go in they have everything there.
