Cheese sticks were excellent but the burgers/sliders ruined the experience. 1st time I’ve ever gone to a White Castle and the burger patties were tough, chewy, and had (what I can only assume to be) gristle in them. I forced myself through the 1st one and took one bite of the 2nd, in hopes that the 1st one was a fluke. It wasn’t. I’ll come back for the cheese sticks but not the burgers.

Terrible customer service! When I visited this place, quick would be my last ever!! I waited for my order for almost 30 minutes … once I received my order the food in the bag looked like someone balled the double cheese burgers up and threw them in their, along with not one onion ring being inside the container. Went to return the food because I was upset that they even had the nerve to serve anyone food like that. No accommodations or accountability. They can have that place, I’ll spend my money where it’s appreciated.

Was fun ,watching from counter as they were working on the ne robotic fry arm was interesting..don’t know if they had a rush .seemed to work great together.

I work in the same complex and every time I go there it’s a 15 minute wait through their Drive thru. After today I will never be back 2 cars in front of me and I had been waiting 15 minutes. The guy in front of me was very upset too. The car in front of us had been sitting there the hole time. I was at first window and no one came to collect my money or give me food. 2 employees were standing there talking. I left and had no food on 30 minute lunch.

This is at 7am M-F Mrs Patrice and her crew are amazing..service with and smile and leaves u with a smile. Meals fresh and hot. Kudos keep up the good work cleanliness and customer service. It’s always a joy!!!

We use to get hamburgers quite often…but the price is getting ridiculous…for a few more bucks you can have a lot better meal… White Castle has become a filler or a snack you crave

The wait was 30 minutes so let’s start there. Then some lady comes to the drive thru window and says did you knock on the window? I’m in a car in a rain storm so please explain to me in what world I would knock on the drive thru window? Then my order was wrong so I asked for the manager and asked for my money back. In the process of me asking for my money back the car behind me also asked for his money back. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
