We stopped by for lunch on the advice of a local that raved about it. The pork dumplings were good as was her Red Miso ramen. I thought my Kimchi ramen was one of the best ramen bowls I have ever had – the broth was REALLY good..! I ordered mine a little spicier (just below ‘sweat’ level) and enjoyed it.

We have been coming to Noodle Tree since we moved to San Antonio last year. We have probably come at least once a month since our first visit. We LOVE Noodle Tree. The food is always exceptional, no matter what we’ve tried. The birria bao buns are amazing! We always have great service and have never had any problems here. There was one day we came to Noodle Tree twice in one day! We highly recommend Noodle Tree and it will forever be our favorite restaurant out of all the restaurants we’ve ever tried (and we’ve been to a lot)!

This is my new favorite in SA! Right when you enter you can tell they care about providing an excellent food and service, and that’s what you will get here. The ramen was completely amazing, the dumplings were uniquely exquisite and the Bao buns were carefully prepared to perfection. Try it as soon as you can!

I love, love the food here! It is fantastic. I’ve been twice and both times it has been a long wait for food. Once it was really busy with one server, so I understand but the other time it was pretty quiet. Maybe a lot of to go orders! That said the staff was apologetic for the wait and the food is so good, I’ll keep going!
