I do not own this business but do work here. We have great food, we try our best to keep it as clean as possible. Friendly service family atmosphere everyone welcome. Opens 24 hours 365 days a year. Come on in an get you a waffle or a super waffle hut omelet. Coffee is always hot . I work the midnight shift we have fun an enjoy all the people who come in.

Our breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Also, the service was stellar. We had bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits, plus a waffle. All were good, especially the biscuits. The campground we were at overnight was just across the street, so this made it a really easy stopover.

Exceptionally clean. The staff are very friendly and made sure that I had everything that I needed. The food was very delicious and I didn’t need to add salt or pepper or any sauces to my meal. The fries were hot and perfectly seasoned and the chicken as well. This was my first visit to waffle hut ever.

I’ve been coming here since 2016, my favorite thing is the double cheeseburger with fries, but everything they make is fresh & great! & The prices are affordable, 2 people can eat for $20. They do have high chairs and tables. They do not have booths, but they do have a bar to sit at as well. The parking lot is usually quite full (because it’s good), but I’ve always been able to find a space!

Apparently, we interrupted the two cooks lunch break when we came at 11:30 am 6/23/23, the waitress proceeded to tell them that they had orders. The black female with long eyelashes, said I’m not rushing for anybody, and continued to sit there and eat. First of all, everyone needs a lunch break, however when you have two cooks both of them shouldn’t be on lunch break together. Or either, put a closed sign on the door! Then they messed up my waffle and put strawberries all over it, and I had to wait for it. Then the waitress said it would take 3 minutes for my waffle, meanwhile I’m very hungry so I proceeded to eat my burned hashbrowns. I looked up to see what was taking so long with my waffle and both cooks just walked off from the cooking area, the waitress had to go check on my waffle. The waitress had to go and get one of the cooks, and by that time my waffle was burnt, and I had to wait another 3 minutes. The waitress was kind, but clearly embarrassed by both of the cooks unprofessionalism. My husband and I eat there quite often, and this was the worse experience we ever had!!!!! Waffle Hut please Check your employees, because apparently they think they can run your establishment however the want too!!!!!! Sad!!!!!!!!

We were served promptly by a friendly, courteous waitress named Sharon. It was not very crowded at 10 a.m., but there were plenty of staff there to serve & cook. Everyone was very pleasant. The young man, David, that cooked our food, was not the usual cook, but our food was good. The bacon was thick, crisp, & flavorful. My only issue w the food was the amount of oil used to cook the food that ended up on the bottom of the plate, as shown in the photos posted. I don’t think that that’s an issue w the cook, as much as an issue w the directions given on how to cook it. I’m sure that there is a cooking guide from the main headquarters that tells them how to cook their menu items. PLEASE, DON’T USE SO MUCH OIL AND PLEASE, DO DRAIN EVERYTHING ON PAPER TOWELS, LIKE I DO AT HOME TO GET RID OF THAT EXTRA GREASE.
