I am first of all totally shocked that I ordered a wedgie that was just 4 slices of pizzas put together to make the messiest so called wedgie Ive ever eaten in my entire life. The concept of a wedgie that I know of is baked similar to a Stromboli but cut into a wedge. There was glibs of mayo one half of the pizza was cooked., no bacon the other half uncooked and raw looking pizza. Needless tosay what a waste of money and unedible. My husband ordered a hoagie specifying no mayo and of couse it was doused with mayo. Now we are reminded why we haven’t ordered from Fox’s in years. Never again!!!

I was in a rush to get my food as I was delivering. Once I attempted to put an order in (at the store-small 4cut pizza), I asked an employee how long it would take? He responded, “30min maybe an hour”.. I then asked if he could be a little more specific, not being rude, but I knew I didn’t have that amount of time to wait and I was hungry.. He wasn’t thrilled and left the register agitated stating, “You’re just gonna have to ask him”.. I’m assuming it was the manager that came over and informed me 15min. The manager was not only POLITE, but he provided me with my food in that time frame. For his response/how he dealt with me, I gave this establishment a high rating…

My coworkers and I order from here at least once a week. Food is great! Not one bad complaint. We’ve picked up and got delivery. Both served in a timely manner. The employees were always nice and well mannered! Defiantly one of the better Fox’s around the area!

We ordered a pizza last night and got it almost two hours later. The first guy we spoke to told us that it was on the way. A half hour later we called back and they said that it must’ve not have printed, but the driver said that the slip was there for awhile. Once we got it it was very good that’s the reason I am leaving two stars. Should pay closer attention to online orders.
