Good food good service. Sorry the drivers have to put up with some people due to things out of their control. Such has having to take multiple orders at a time so some people’s orders aren’t late. And having to deal with people who order on their breaks rather than ordering ahead.

Did a walk up only to find the lobby closed. I was jonesing for a Pepe on Wheat Bread. Plenty of signage explaining why Drive Thru only. But no phone number or menu to assist someone who wants to order.

They only go 5 minutes away for delivery. I live 8 minutes away and can’t get delivery. So I wint be getting them ever. So stupid. Why even offer delivery if you are too dumb to drive 10 minutes or less. Every other delivery in town can deliver.

Absolutely love jimmy John’s. It’s far superior to scrubway any day. However with that being said i gave this particular location one star for not listening to what the customer orders. I requested a 16 inch. You even repeated my order back to me exactly how I ordered it. Yet all I got was an 8 inch. It was even rang up as an 8 inch.
