I absolutely love Fazoli’s! The Cheese Ravioli is my fav!! My mom used to take me and my siblings when we were kids so it has a soft spot in my heart. If you’re on a budget and craving Italian food, but don’t want to pay something like Olive Garden prices, this is the place you need to go. Everytime I go the service is awesome! Kia helped me on my most recent visit and she was so kind; she checked on me regularly to make sure I had everything I needed while i was there and even gave me a couple breadsticks for the road. I never have any complaints or problems when I go, and dining in gets you all the FREE breadsticks your heart desires. 10/10 would recommend!

I’m shocked at how good this was. It was just baked ziti with meat sauce. I didn’t expect to feel like I was eating at an Italian grandmother’s dining room. This place is in a gas station so you would never imagine, great Italian food is in there.

I’ve had the baked spaghetti and the chicken Alfredo. Really good food and made super quick. Also, once I ordered through the app but the ordered didn’t get to the store so I went to pick it up and the store had already closed. The manager was very understanding and gave me a store credit since the app had already charged my card. Nowadays when stuff like that happens usually workers just don’t know what to do – like common sense goes out the window with technology gets involved and people are asked questions beyond their pay grade.
