As far as TB’s go, this is one of the best run stores. Staff are friendly, and you can get quick counter service without having to use a kiosk. This pace is very clean and stands out when compared to all the TB’s between Charelston and Huntington.

This has been my go-to Taco Bell for some time. Tiffany, who works the drive-thru window, is the rudest, most unprofessional worker they have! Put her in the back away from dealing with customers or teach her some people skills! I won’t be back!

Second time …. Second chance …. I have been to this Taco Bell location twice and sadly will most likely not be making any other purchases from this storefront. Food comes out differently that ordered, items are thrown in the drive through bags with no care spilling food and toppings over other items and the consistency of portion size from one like item to another is grossly off.

My son loves Taco Bell, and goes very often. Nitro had a rough start in the beginning, but now they are one of the best. There was two young girls working the front counter that were absolutely amazing, and have so much compassion and heart they made my son feel special. I can’t thank these two girls enough, he had an awesome time and will be visiting again soon. Thank you for being so kind and awesome, the food was amazing also.

IDK why I keep going to TB! They have never once gotten my order right. Always missing about ¼ of my order. Also, I’ve been given some very skimpy servings in the past, but this was ridiculous! I really should have taken a , but I’ve never been the type to photograph my before eating it. Usually, I’m hungry & I just want to eat right away. Inside each there was MAYBE a teaspoon of meat/lettuce/cheese/etc (& that’s total, not each individual filling item). There was more shell than anything. Probably even more grease than fillings TBH! I live in Nitro, but always rather go to SA TB.

Everyone here is friendly, customer service is A1, they take the time to read back your order and make sure it is correct even for mobile orders! This location has some of the hottest and freshest food you can get from a Taco Bell. It does take a few extra minutes, but completely worth it! Keep up the good work folks.

We went to get a late night snacky just now. We were at the drive thru around 9:10pm, today 1/6 and the service was AMAZING! The receipt says cashier’s name was “maya d” not sure if that’s what her name was, but that’s why I included the time and date. She was quick, efficient, and kind. The food is amazing so big thank you to the cooks as well! Great Taco Bell to stop at for some yummy bites.

They were really nice, they actually forgot 2 items and realized it when I came up to tell them and apologized and was super nice. The place was clean and it was quiet when I went, not busy at all.
