Horrible and distasteful service. I ordered from here and waited an hour for my food – which I understand sometimes things seem happen but the thing is I NEVER received my food and when I could finally get through to the restaurant they were rude and not helpful. Update: 8/29/22 wanted to give 3 stars because I got a personal call from a manager the next day regarding the situation (not the manager who closed the business two hours early.) This woman called everyone who placed orders and personally apologized for the events that took place disrupting service. It takes a lot of courage to call people and apologize. I want to make sure her efforts were noticed. Thank you for the call and professionalism in handling the situation, it was very big of you. Business states its open till 10pm. Called and placed a pick up order 9:28pm, drove 15 minutes and the doors were locked. I called of course I received the answering service and I told them the door was locked they said they would call the location.

I ordered a pizza and two 8 piece boneless wings. For some reason, door dash brought my food. The restaurant forgot to give the driver my wings. I call the restaurant to remind them that they forgot my wings and someone got on the phone and told me it’s not their problem that my wings were not here. I paid $28 for a 9.99 pizza. I called DoorDash and they couldn’t help me get a refund because my order was placed directly through Pizza Hut. I looked in the DoorDash drivers vehicle myself and she did not have my food! They just didn’t give them to her. The staff at this location is very rude and unprofessional! Something needs to be done! They all need to either be fired or retrained on customer service! There’s NO WAY someone should get on the phone with a customer and tell them “Its not our problem you didn’t get your wings take it up with door dash”. I will be contacting the corporate office in regards to this matter!

Ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and drink togo through the app. The pizza, and ONLY the pizza, arrived via doordash. I called the location and they said they sent out the pizza AND breadsticks (which mind you still never appeared when the dasher gave me my order), but would refund the drink as store credit, NOT to my credit card because of doordash and negotiations through that. Pizza hut is dead to me. I did not pay 40 bucks for just a single pizza and some highway robbery. Steer clear, avoid using the app, and pickup I guess, but not me. I’m done. Dominoes and Pizza hut both in this area are dog****!
