Pummarola is an authentic Neapolitan Pizzeria. We serve pizza, pasta, sandwiches, salads, sides, and dessert, all crafted from the recipes of our dear Nonna Rosa. Our pizza is baked to perfection in our custom, wood-fired ovens, built and imported from Naples, Italy to achieve the authentic, fire-kissed flavor of home. Many of our fresh ingredients are also imported from Italy, from the savory, San Marzano tomatoes in our marinara sauce, to the Polselli flour in our dough. An absolute must visit. Stopped by for the pizza classes and left in complete awe. Great atmosphere, food and service. We enjoyed learning about Pummarolas family history and experiencing how they make their pizza dough. Our waitress was not only knowledgeable, but offered amazing service. Will definitely be back!

I took my mom for a pizza class for Mother’s Day and it was such a unique experience! The staff was very attentive, especially Doryz, who was our instructor. We made real Neapolitan pizza, and it tasted delicious!

Definitely a good spot for real Pizza Napoletana, bravi ! Had the 14inch spicy salami and a prosciutto e arugula, cooked in authentic wood fired brick oven, straight from Napoli this company got it right, congrats great service good food !

Such an incredible and authentic pizza making experience! Our instructor was super nice and explained every single step with clarity. We got to take our dough home & make our own pizza with toppings with leavened dough. The pizza came out delicious. So great to come friends or family.

This place is so easy to love. The pizza was amazing and they even offer pizza making classes! Wow they really stand out. I also love the home-town Italian feel on the inside. I don’t think I’ve been to a better pizza place. Overall, perfect scores on everything 🙂 they even make their own pepper paste for the pizza. Their parmesan is fresh, not the cheap packet stuff. I can tell the owner only delivers the best

Absolutely delicious original pizza Napoletana! We’ve had two different pizzas and a pasta carbonara and all tasted exactly as served at the best pizzerias in Italy. We even joked that we got teleported to Italy. The unmistakable taste of san marzano tomatoes paired with that original pizza- grade Italian flour and a precisely built and expertly operated authentic oven – it all came together to create the best Neapolitan pizza experience we’ve had in Miami, actually in all of Florida. To top it off, the staff are super nice, attentive and the service is quick. Amazing place! A true gem!
