What you’d expect from McD’s. Soft drink machine is behind the counter so it isn’t self-serve. Pretty clean, at least at the time of our visit but clean for a McDonalds. Service was timely enough, I didn’t see anyone on their phone like I have at others, wasting time. Like I said, pretty clean compared to others I’ve visited.

This is the absolute worst McDonald’s that I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my entire life. And we’re talking consistently bad. The ONLY reason we even come to this location is because it’s the only place to grab fast breakfast in this area via drive thru, aside from Starbucks and Braum’s, and I’m not a fan of Braum’s breakfasts personally.

Wow this place is consistently slow. Maybe they have personnel issues and not enough trained help yet but man when you pull through a McDees drive thru you typically don’t have to wait long so hopefully this will improve soon. If not people will just go to the Braums next door.

I hate to leave a bad review but seriously this was the worst experience at a drive through We have ever had. We are visiting family and We waited over 30 minutes last night for a happy happy meal. People were leaving the line and driving away even after ordering. We were told it’s a common occurrence. This morning we tried again on our way out of town and same thing. Are they short staffed?? What is going on? By reading the other comments I’m willing to bet that any “good review” is an employee.

This place does not know how to function. Waited 30 minutes to even get my order in in the drive through (keep in mind it was me and one other car the line was not long) then took another have hour to pay, I then was guilt tripped about how they were understaffed by one of the employees. No matter how understaffed you are it should not take an hour and a half to make a McGriddle and medium strawberry banana smoothie. Ridiculous.

We got there almost half and hour before we even received our food. We waited about 10 minutes for him to take our order and waited 30 minutes for our food. The guy taking orders also took 2 orders before ours even though we had been waiting and they just pulled up. They didn’t put any condiments on the burgers and they were just thrown into the bag barely wrapped. They gave my husband a spicy mcchicken instead of a regular and he can’t have spicy food it makes him super sick from a childhood illness. My two boys got happy meals and the chicken nuggets were all stuck together and smushy and thier burger was dry with wayyyyy to much onions for a child. So not only did we wait for food that was subpar my boys 2 and 1 years old had to deal with food that was almost barely edible.
