This restaurant is a Hidden Gem of Orlando. Sushi and Special Rolls are out of mind, fresh, and tasty. It’s craft every single piece and makes you feel like having the artwork by the chef. For the kitchen side, appetizers and Thai food are brilliant, Ka Pow Pork is the MUST. Once you step into this restaurant you will feel like home, great atmosphere, and nice friendly staff. Worth to brings friends and family to this place.

This is probably the best sushi I have had in Orlando. It was not only flavorful and fresh, the staff was nice and we sat at the bar and got to watch their sushi chef prepare all the fish which was a show in itself. The pricing was very fair, especially for what you received. We for sure will be back over and over again.

My husband and I came here on our dinner date last night, and the food exceeded our expectations! No wonder this place almost has 5 stars, it deserves it! We ordered the Dragon Roll and the specialty Shibuya Roll and it was high quality sushi. We sat at the bar and I could observe that the sushi chef’s skills are very impressive. Very fast service too! Waitresses are nice and helpful. The best part was the side of egg fried rice we had. Wow!!! Best fried rice either of us have eaten in ANY Asian restaurant ever. We just HAD to order another one to-go. The only thing I wish is that they had more seating. Maybe one day they can relocate to a bigger building because the quality of the food deserves more customers. ❤️

Ma-Se offers a simply delicious dining experience that is worth revisiting. The spicy miso soup is exceptionally flavorful and one of the best I have ever tasted. The sushi rolls are also fresh and satisfying, and the Lobster Bomby is a standout dish both in presentation and taste. The lobster is fried to perfection and the portions are generous, with 10 pieces per serving. Overall, I highly recommend Ma-Se for a great sushi experience.

Highly recommend all the chef specialty rolls, and the hand rolls. Their Thai food is very tasty and sincere as well, lots veggies come with it, rather than only 2 Broccoli for decoration. Our favorite must order every time is the salmon belly sushi, eel sushi(which they do it right by baking/heating the eel first; some places serve it cold). Kanito is amazingl! (We like to switch the cheese with Cucumber.) We always leave very satisfied, never disappointed. It’s great enough to make lazy a$$ post photo for the first time ever on Google review. ;-}

Went about a week ago. It’s a smaller restaurant. With limited tables and bar seating. Luckily we did not have to wait for a table. The servers were nice. There was a long wait time for sushi. It was backed up for about 45 minutes. It seems like that’s a common issue because I tried to walk in and order Togo for lunch and I was quoted about 45 minutes as well. Other than that it was good. Give it a try and see how your experience is.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. My wife and I love it and come here most Fridays to unwind from the week. When I want to really treat myself, we call ahead for the omakase sashimi and (usually) share it. It’s the best sushi or sashimi dish I’ve ever had. See the picture from tonight’s amazing omakase sashimi experience. Thanks, Ma-se!

What a hidden gem in orlando !!! Trust me l constantly eat out at 5 stars japanese sushi restaurant around South Florida area this restaurant is far better than all of them. Felt so bad we were super hungry and saw such amazing presentation we couldn’t even wait to take any nice photo at all only this we can at least have before the last piece gone you will miss the best sushi with amazing quality at pretty great price ! I can see chef has a lot of experience and know what he is doing… their special sauce every drop are just out of this world ! Don’t trust my word just come and try you will thanks me later every single dish l can see it made with passion and detail. Why not support our small business who work very hard rather than big chain restaurant that pretty much the same. They are husband and wife operates don’t expect to get food in 5 mins… they take a little time to make extra touch not buffer style. Please guys try to appreciate what the chef does you will see what l mean… !! Food came out like Michelin star restaurant love it 100% recommended

Best hidden gem of Orlando! Amazing husband and wife owned sushi restaurant. Usually when I see a Thai Japanese fusion, I run. But I have been here several times and the Thai dishes are some of the best I have had in town. The sushi is super fresh and also some of the best I have had in town. He puts a lot of care into each piece he creates. They get fresh fish deliveries multiple times a week to make sure you are always getting good fish. Even the Uni had a really nice fresh brine to it. Reminded me of a fresh picked oyster. They know what they are doing and they treat the food with care . The desserts are also to die for. This is the best up and coming sushi spot in Orlando hands down. Come check it out

This is one of the best experiences for Japanese food and raw fish in Orlando. We go during happy hour and get the Omakase Sashimi (call ahead to ensure availability), chicken karage, shishito peppers, crab fried rice, and drinks. This is the best value and overall experience we’ve had. The sashimi omakase is amazing 10/10 perfect if you love sashimi. The chef really adds excellent flavors and presentation. Maybe share it and get a bunch of other stuff for a nice date night for two. The atmosphere is really simple yet interesting and cozy. Plus, they have Asahi which is really satisfying and the best Japanese beer, IMO. I love it.
