My wife tried this new restaurant in downtown Goshen today. The food was excellent. I had the Redhawk smash burger with Banger fries. Wife had the old fashioned smash burger with regular fries. Food was well prepared and very good.

I read the reviews and I don’t think people are being really honest. The french fries are just like McDonald’s and the burger is a glorified steak ‘n Shake burger. They are very very thin and just sit in the middle of the bread. My daughter brought home the Parmesan crusted burger for me. I could barely eat it. It’s all bread now the highlight was the sauce but I have that put on the side. I have a picture below of how small the meat is in. That was just half a sandwich I won’t ask her when she goes again to get me anything because for $15 I could’ve went to steak ‘n Shake and spent five.

As we were visiting first Friday in downtown Goshen, we stopped by to eat at Biebs and Ash. It did not disappoint! We crushed some delicious food. The service was great as well. We ordered the limited Caveman Smash with banger fries – promotion of their opening of another location in Mishawaka. We also ordered the Nashville season cheese curds. Our daughter crushed her cheeseburger and fries. We were super full and happy with our experience! Must try spot!

I checked this place out for lunch with coworkers, and it was pretty busy for it to be a weekday. I had the Redhawk burger. I think that’s what it’s called, but it was spicy and very delicious. You do get two patties, but they are thin, so it’s not overly big. I ordered the hella parm fries and they were okay…I felt the fries were not fresh and were hard and maybe sitting for too long and definitely didn’t have enough of the garlic sauce but it did get loaded with parm cheese. I would have liked more sauce and fresher fries. Overall, I would like to go back for another shot at the fries and definitely try a different burger. The sweet potato fries are very good and served with a marshmallow sauce!

Delicious smash burgers with a good variety of styles and unique toppings. The parmesan fries has sooo much fresh parmesan on top! This place constantly has people rolling through, so it can take awhile to get your food. It all came out fresh and hot! We got a guacamole smash burger and a peanut butter smash burger. The peanut butter (and jam) smash burger sounds weird, but it’s highly rated!

I don’t think I’ve ever had to pause in between bites whilst eating a burger. The flavors I tasted in the Redhawk Smash were phenomenal and unexpectedly cohesive. You can tell they use quality ingredients here, and my buddy mentioned that this establishment once notified the public that they would not serve burgers because the ground beef delivery didn’t meet their standards that day.

We just recently visited you all for the first time earlier this week. I was curious, but nervous because I knew you all were pretty upscale for the area & would cost a pretty penny. Especially bringing 5 kids along for dinner. Let me say, I am floored by how delicious & awesome our experience was. The super thin smashed patties well done to perfection is my idea of a perfect burger patty. Thick patties might be for some people but not for us. Smashed thin patties are the way to go. I ordered your frisco melt & even though they still added the caramelised onions & forgot the jalapeños the sandwich was still perfect. I let the lady know that & she was so kind & courteous & wonderful & offered to have them remake it. Even though I didn’t want her to go through the trouble of having them remake my food so close to closing time. I more than many am considerate of how difficult it is when you’re shutting down grills for the night & getting ready to go home & someone wants a remake. They still went above & beyond to provide excellent service to us even though I was afraid to upset the cooks. The restaurant was very clean & nice. I begged my kids to settle down & behave because in such a nice restaurant I didn’t want my kids to make for extra work for all of you. Thank you for such a wonderful meal & experience. Being a single working parent who provides solely for the kids, we don’t go out for many of these sit down meals. However, when we do, our experiences are not anywhere near this spectacular as our experience at your establishment a few days ago. So thank you so much for the superb service & becoming our newest regular place to go when we want to wind down as a family & enjoy a delicious meal away from home.
