Food is usually pretty good, but my sister found a little bug on the tomato that was in her sandwich and my strawberry shake wasn’t mixed correctly, the top quarter of it was straight vanilla ice cream. On the positive side, it was pretty clean for being a pretty old Steak n Shake but I honestly think they should completely refinish the inside. Staff were pretty friendly too 🙂 but their service is hit or miss from the times I’ve gone.

the guy cooking the food had gloves on was touching the walls, his face, then throwing food on the grill. Thank goodness this was not our food. He was cussing about the next shift needing to get here. They placed our food on the counter. I had to ask for a tray to carry our food to table. Building was clean. Best part was the nice man the only nice person that made our shakes. He apologized that it took 15 mins after our food to get our drinks. His sweet demeanor was the best.

This location is filthy. It looked like no one cares. The tables, booth walls, floors, windows, everything is filthy. It took us 26 minutes to get our food and they were not busy. I had to talk to 3 people before they even started working on my order. The manager finally made it for me. Both ketchup dispensed were empty. Instead of filling them they just handed me a couple of packets. The rug below the drink station was all bunched up, which is a tripping hazard. I had the 26 minutes to look around at the filthy lobby and by the time we finally got our food, I was disgusted and slightly nauseous. We didn’t eat very much.

There was a young man with braces working and his service was amazing! Smile on his face the whole time and so nice! You don’t run into many happy workers much anymore so it’s a breath of fresh air when you do!!!

Every single table was filthy. We ordered food and waited an hour and still haven’t received our shakes. Two in our party decided to just go through the drive thru and bring it back in to sit with us and got their food immediately. Steak ‘n Shake used to be nice. It’s gone way downhill.

Ordered for delivery from this location and every time I do they never give me everything I ordered. Their manager is a rude sassy person who doesn’t know how to run a business. The cooks are are so dumb that can’t read a full receipt a give what people paid for. I would not go to this location. So I’m out money for something I paid for. And this happens every time. Like everyone there is stupid rude and this location should be shut down.
