My first order of crazy bread was covered in little black burnt pieces and the second order wasn’t even cut, the salt shaker for the pretzel crust pizza must have only worked on one side of the pizza. Definitely won’t be back to this location

Order online here, took home without checking pizza. There’s barely any sausage, the pizza seem like it was originally a cheese pizza made early morning and just heated some sausage then threw it on top.

I wish 0 stars or negative stars was an option. Do not go here absolute garbage service stole 50$ from me and bought themselves pizza and bread with my card. Charged my card twice and gave me no product claiming I cancelled even though they saw the card machine say approved and saw my bank statement showing they charged twice and went through and they got mad at me called me names and swore at me kicking me out of the store. They tried saying that a charge listed on my statement as mounds view little Caesars is a penalty charge from my bank and also tried stating that ±50$ deposit is the reason is empty? Like how unprofessional can you be they wouldn’t give names or store number or even print receipt of cancelled order/orders so they can’t even take accountability for their mess up now I’m down 50$ and out an hour of my day just to get nothing but disrespect. I will be escalating this to corporate office immediately and will update with results.

CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving!!! We’ve only been here once and ordered two pizzas. The pepperoni was perfect, 5/5. The cheese pizza was so burnt we couldn’t eat it, but we didn’t like until we got home. With a toddler and hangry adults, we didn’t take it back, we just improvised. IF I order again, I’ll be sure to check the order before leaving the store.

I’m giving 5 stars because even though it wasn’t a pleasant experience, it was not the employees’ fault. I had my niece with me for the day. We ended up visiting my dad in the hospital unexpectedly. By the time we got to Little Caesars at 6:30pm, we were hungry and tired. I’m used to the “Hot & Ready” pizzas being available. We ordered a cheese pizza and crazy bread that took about 30 minutes. In the meantime, there were a couple set of customers who had large orders, and they were causing a scene, complaining loudly, swearing, and being upset. (One complaint was that they order was supposed to be ready by a certain time, and it wasn’t.)

It used to be an OK place back before the pandemic. Haven’t really gone there a lot for 3 years. When I decided to get some pizza after a long day at work, I had to wait like 10 minutes ot so. Then again, I ordered 3 pizzas and some wings. The workers seem pretty dead inside. Like as if they didn’t want to be there. I understand why. But I mean, I think with less workers and not many of em care for the job, you get some pretty bad service. I’m not gonna name or describe one employee but they seem pretty angry or upset. They had some attitude. Overall, kinda sucks that certain place has gone downhill. Would I recommend Little Caesar? Sure. If you just want something fast and to go. But there’s probably better places with good service and maybe better pizza. I’d give it a 3/5

Ordered and paid online and got there and pizza was in the warmer. Gentleman was there and bagged the customers in front of me and the I asked for a bag and he had gone to the back. Should have gave it to me before he went to the back. You feel like your nobody and he is catering to the people that we’re getting done. The sauce containers were all half full for a $1. Probably won’t be back to that location!

I like Little Caesars Pizza. However, I don’t like the fact that I can’t just call up and put an order in simply because they won’t answer the phone. I don’t want to create an account to use the app. I just want to call and say hey I want this, they make it and I pick it up when it’s done. Instead, I have to drive there, put my order in, and wait 10 minutes while they make the order. If they would just answer the phone I would order there a lot more.
