It’s always a really positive experience here. The service is always very friendly, they hire the best people. Over the years, I have become less of a fanatic of the food, especially the fries. Me and my family I’ve really enjoy to have some In-N-Out. I like the simplicity of their menu and admire the dedication of all the young cooks and servers. I love in n out but I just went at the busiest time so I did have to wait awhile but that was fine. EXCEPT the fries I got were so disgusting. I’m not sure how they weren’t fresh. They don’t look burnt but they are so hard. Every single bite is a massive hard crunch. So disappointed. I wish I would have tried them before I left, it would be an inconvenience to drive during rush hour to get a refund or exchange.

I came in to order a big lunch for my daughter’s dance team. I was surprised that they were able to get all done within 20 min. I think the store manager named Connie who was super pleasant n wonderful. She boxed everything up nicely and orderly with all different condiment packets. I gave her $20 buck in the end but her store policy wouldn’t allow to take tips. Thank you!

I had a great visit here tonight. The lobby wasn’t that busy (though the drive thru window had a big line) . The staff was very friendly. I placed an order that got out to me quicker than usual. Also, I am impressed that they offer a touchless drink machine. Kinda cool. Overall, I was pleased with my experience.
