Heard about this place by chance and now I’m in love! The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food is good! They have a wall for coffee cups for regulars that’s almost full so that alone persuaded me to try a cup and it was such a good cup of coffee, definitely takes me back to my favorite diner coffee! Can’t wait to go back and try everything.

It was great at first. But when we went over yesterday for breakfast we were greeted with a nasty welcome from one of the servers. My wife’s oatmeal was have cooked. I asked for a sausage and cheese omelet. I received the omelet with the sausage on the outside of my omelet. Our daughter and son-in-law got us interested in it. Now we are looking for another place to eat out at.

Great little restaurant! We are from Florida and were in town for a few weeks. Found Berlin Fare on our second to last day here. Wish we had found it sooner! If you’re in the area, this is the place to get breakfast! We will be back tomorrow before we fly home! The huge pancakes are to die for! Great potatoes, too! Wish we had this place at home!

Food is great, they are very accommodating with any modifications. Value for the portions is excellent! The best part is it has that local feel, you can tell they really care and want you to enjoy your meal. You won’t get that at a large chain or most small places either these days. If your in the area don’t pass by, stop. You WILL thank me later.

The food was very good and was served promptly even though the dining room was nearly filled. The waitress was friendly and attentive. I ate breakfast today and will try their lunch menu items soon.

First time eating there 2 weeks ago….it was meh….the waitress was nice sort of. Kept making comments about the table being too small for us (my boyfriend and I) asking are you sure you don’t wanna move? It made us feel uncomfortable and was very unwelcoming. The food was meh. Potatoes weren’t fully cooked and my boyfriend’s scramble was burnt. I wouldn’t come here again. ‍♀️

I wish I could give a rating of 0 stars. I went for the first time last week, and there were a couple of little black (fruit flies?) in my hash browns. And that’s just what I saw. Unfortunately I had already eaten some of them. Right when we sat down, the cook cashed out a table, and took money with his bare hands, and proceeded right back to the stove where he was cooking the hash browns (that were apparently garnished with fruit flies unbeknownst to me). I should have just left then. But I had heard good things and wanted to give it a try. Apparently the good reviews I heard were in regards to when Berlin Fare Restaurant had its previous longtime owner. My friend had a stale muffin, and I have hash browns a la fruit fly. We paid our bill and left immediately, no use in complaining, the bill was only a few dollars. I guess you get what you pay for! There are definitely better options in the area, even right around the corner!
