Overpriced and management is very unorganized and can be very rude. Food is a hit or miss. Sometimes the steak is cooked as requested, but the last few times I’ve ordered it has been overcooked. Salad bar has some homemade salads, but most of it is store-bought.

First time being here tonight. The older lady that was working was very rude & even rude to our little waitress. Then the older lady started bitching because a little kid spilled his drink on accident. Then went on to tell the other couple that was in there that family was in there the night before & feed their baby cheese & some other food & the baby got food everywhere. The older waitress said they could of wait & feed their baby at home. She kept asking our waitress if we was done yet cause she wanted us to leave so they can clean. That was my family’s first & last time in there

We left because for the price they wanted for their food didn’t match the service that was given right off the bat. We were ignored when entering. Then the waitress just put the menu’s on the table and walked away.

The waitress was very rude right from the moment we walked in and when I told her we had 5 children, she rolled her eyes and turned away my family and I for a sit down meal. When I inquired why, she raised her voice at me, in front of my children, and told me they couldn’t get anyone to work. I understand the employee shortage but to be rude to my family and I over their own sort staff problem is very off putting. The “service” at this establishment leaves much to be desired.

We saw that the sign was lit “open”. We pulled into the parking lot across the street from the restaurant. The sign on the door showed it was open from 5-8. We entered at 5:30. The place was deserted. A man from the back near the kitchen yelled out not very pleasantly “It’s going to be a long wait!” We questioned how long, as it was completely empty. He gruffly said ‘ An hour as so.’ and walked away. We stood looking at our watches very confused and left. It was the oddest experience!!

Slow service and high priced. I was disappointed that there were only crackers (no bread) for the salad bar. And mad that it cost $5 for a glass of soda and $2 for a refill!! Steak dinner doesn’t come with a salad. The baked potatoes were small potatoes
