One of the most rudest panda expresses ever. I prefer my orange chicken to be fresh it was very obvious the chicken was sitting out for a while and there wasn’t much left of it. I asked them if they can make fresh orange chicken the person working told the “cook” to make fresh he said “tell her it’s fresh” and when I told them I’ll wait the 8 minutes for it the cook he had an attitude with me about it. And decide to do inventory and other things instead of cooking the food to make me wait longer, I don’t mind waiting but I think it’s very rude and disrespectful to treat your customers like that. Here’s a photo of the “cook” doing other things instead of cooking my food 🙂

Using hormone chicken chunks in the kung pao chicken. They use to be small cut pieces that were very flavorful now they are huge undercooked chicken thigh pieces. It was so horrible I spit it Right out my mouth. No flavor or spice just huge raw tasting chicken. Major health risk this will be my last time visiting this location.

Every single table was dirty the food is not hot it tasted old and I watched somebody touch every single fork before they picked up one and the drinks tasted just like carbonated water, when the guy touched every single fork the employee watched him do it and did not do anything about it. I would not come here again. They also had a caution wet floor sign up but there is food all over the floor like it hasn’t been cleaned once today.

They have THE worst customer service. I ordered just before going to work because I wouldn’t be able to leave once there. Asked them to PLEASE make my food fresh. My job is only 15 minutes from the place. Got to work and my food was so OLD. The rice tasted as if it had been burnt the meat was rubbery I called over 15 times (yes that many) & still no answer. Just a waste of peoples money and time going there. TRASH!

The lady that fixed my food went outside with the same gloves on that she used to fixed my food. She went to her car opened the passenger door played around with something inside her car closed the door fumbled around with her keys while locking it came back inside and went straight to fixing the next customer food with THE SAME GLOVES!!!! After witnessing this my coworker and I both threw away our food. I made sure to check her name tag NANCY.

This particular Panda Express Garland Southwest side of Garland Road South of George Bush 190 has an excellent night staff while busy able to keep the seating area clean Pleasant staff attentive to your needs will offer you a free drink if you’re having to wait for your food which in my case is better than average Chinese locations mom and pop types
