The wait staff on Friday night is so unfriendly no hi or welcome to waffle house no nothing just what do u want so unprofessional. I understand that Friday night n Saturday is hectic but at least act like u like ur job. Our waitress was we don’t know cause she never told us. she acted like everyone was an inconvenience to her no smile or anything. She even was on her phone while we waited for her to ask us what we wanted. Bacon was burned ask for more and cook acted like it wasn’t that badly burnt. This used to be my favorite place to eat now it’s laughably. If it wasn’t so bad as the while crew laughing about the bacon being burnt and me sending it back saying what they did, yeah I got mad and did not leave the normal tip of 20$ or maybe more. The only one to greet anyone was the girl or young lady that wore glasses this night.

2 stars is me being generous. I don’t know if I went on a wrong day and wrong time, but they were super slow and the restaurant was almost empty. My food and my husband’s food arrived to us cold. The grits, bacon, sausage was lukewarm, toast was cold, eggs, etc. There was only one cook, but like I said the restaurant was not full nor busy so no excuse why the food came out the way it did. The server was decent but she was very slow and forgot about us. I’ve tried this location twice and I won’t be back again.

Went in waffle house for lunch today and was disappointed beyond belief!!! There were 2 cooks and 3 waitresses and customers were having to come in and clean their own tables!!! They were not that busy!!! Had maybe 10 people in the house!!! Waited 20 minutes to get drinks!! The cooks were just leaning on the counter and the place was a mess!! There were dirty dishes stacked everywhere and the floor was a hot mess!!! All of the customers were complaining!!! No excuses!!!!!

The waitress and cooks were amazing. Incredibly nice and had my order done in minutes. They threw in the condiments without me having to ask. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this Waffle House.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ordered a all star special to go and the bacon was so hard almost unbeatable. The waffles weren’t great either it’s like nobody there knows how to cook. They also forgot to give me syrup and untensils.
