I don’t usually frequent Dunkin due to the few “meh” experiences I have had but I needed to eat and it was next door to one of the errands I had to run so I grabbed a coffee and a bagel to go. This is how my bagel with cream cheese was given to me. I can’t actually remember a time where I ordered a bagel with cream cheese from any Dunkin and received enough cream cheese to cover the entire bagel. Who wants cream cheese that doesn’t even cover the entire bagel?

The girl they have in there needs to work away from anything customer service. Gets the quantity of something wrong and is mad at the customer and then didn’t put them all in a bag and I had to go inside where then the body language had the attitude instead. The boy was nice and I feel sorry he has to deal with her at all. There needs to be a manager in there with them. If she is the manager then she needs fired. And it was not busy at all. No line in the drive through and a couple people inside. 6:45am on 7-7-23. I won’t be going back after this.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I believe Dunkin Donuts is overpriced to begin with, but it was a special occasion so we stopped. We ordered two lattes with equal sweetener and one with toasted almond flavor. We ordered and paid through the app. We arrived at the drive thru, just for them to tell us that they were out of both equal and toasted almond flavor. Had we known they were out of the two specifications we wanted, we would not have went through with order and paid what we paid. At this point they could not give us a refund. On other apps that you order online, the app will alert you when certain items are out of stock so that you can choose a substitution or cancel your order. Dunkin did not, forcing us to get something we did not want. Moving onto the drinks we DID get. We got lattes. We pulled around to the second window and could hear the employees making fun of our order and our added additions. Unprofessional. After receiving the drinks, they legitimately were only filled 1/3 to 1/2 full, meaning they also jipped us by not giving the size we paid for. I got the raspberry flavor, which was rather disgusting. It was almost like drinking thickened artificial cough syrup. For the other drink, my boyfriend added the vanilla flavor shot. He really likes sweet things, but he said it was grossly sweet and was unable to choke it down for at least 3 hours. Therefore, we were disappointed in the lack of ingredients and their lack of informing us of their stock, the amount they filled the cup (see picture), the rudeness of the employees, and the flavor of the drinks (which maybe wouldn’t have tasted so bad and concentrated if they had filled the cup appropriately). At least our dog liked the little cup of whipped cream we gave her and somebody was happy with this visit.

I ordered via the app this morning and arrived at 8:30am to find the place locked with all lights off. Nothing yet from customer service about why I was able to order from a location that apparently hadn’t had any employees present for 3.5 hours past their opening time…franchisee (KVP LLC) needs to look at this as a wakeup call–treat your people right and they’ll show up to work. Don’t, and they won’t.

I don’t remember which Dunkin donuts I was at on this particular visit but I have not had a problem at any Dunkin donuts I visited except the one on Paxton street in Harrisburg was not very clean. But my experience with the chain has been good overall. The food is good, and the drinks are even better. Service is usually prompt and order accurate, serve staff friendly.
