Waffle houses are pretty consistent all over the country. Maybe you don’t know that if you train at one waffle House you can work at any waffle House in the nation because they train everybody the same and they’re all run with the same criteria. The difference in waffle houses is whether the people that work there are happy and take pride in their work or whether they’re lackadaisical and don’t care about being there.

Kids seem to like it and I don’t have to clean up. Server was nice and attentive, we were the only ones in the place. It’s (cooking area) pretty dirty, greasy and could use a good cleaning.

Waffle house reminds me of the dinner at the end of spaceballs. Got a lot of random people at different levels of inebriation. Unless it is Sunday and it’s all church goers. Service is hit or miss. I’ve had 5 star restaurant service and I’ve had Popeyes level service. (Ifykyk) cleanliness is hit or miss. Like an operating room ready for a patient or a French quarter bar bathroom. Despite all that. The food is always good. When you get everything you ordered.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would , SUNMER is by far the worst employee I have ever came across . She was rude from the moment we walked in. We were placing a to go order, and I sat down while my boyfriend was still ordering and paying , and she told me to get up from my seat because I’m not dining in her store . We payed over $40 for our order and left . We didn’t even get the food , we left because of the experience with her . What a waste . Will not be back to Waffle House for a long time .

Horrible customer service worse Waffle House Experience I then had. The staff have bad attitudes for no reason. They act as if they giving you something for free. When clearly you paying for a service. Spoke with management about resolving the issue. Amy Offered me a free all star breakfast but never wrote my name down. So I still end up paying up for it. I don’t recommend eating here

The servers are probably some of the worst people I’ve ever met. Our server was rude the entire time and I left a decent tip to maybe make her feel a little guilty and she says “Well if it wasn’t my money I guess I’d tip big too,” trying to imply that it was my parents money (because I’m white). Never left a place feeling so disgusted with another human being.
