Such a vibe here! Family owned and operated. Gluten free options are so good. I got the arugula side salad, side of fettuccine Alfredo with ham and mushrooms and a breakfast pizza. Homemade gluten free noodles and crust! I even got a beautiful mock-tail.

This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. They have gluten and dairy free options and the kitchen was very kind and accommodating. The kids had the spaghetti and meatballs and a meatball sub. Both were very happy with their meals. We had the arrosticini appetizer and it was sooooooo good!! Might have been my favorite thing. I had the gluten and dairy free sausage and rapini pizza and my husband had the spaghetti and meatballs. It was all delicious. I would definitely recommend this place!

We have been going here on a fairly regular basis over the last couple of years and we really enjoy this restaurant. We love that it’s family owned and operated so it gives it such a laid-back vibe that you don’t get at the many “chain” restaurants in the area. They have very unique specials every week and since all of the food is scratch made the quality of the food is always outstanding.

Really good Italian food prepared by the owner. A very nice upscale bar and restaurant with very fair prices. Silvio is a master old school pizza maker and his pasta dishes and appetizers are just as good. I’ve been twice and very happy. The entry is a little odd, you enter the Busch’s supermarket doors and then enter the restaurant from the vestibule. Very good experience.

A big shout out to the entire staff of Silvio’s. Last night in the middle of our evening, the electricity went out due to the storms. Instead of closing down, the staff stepped up to make our experience one to remember. The dishwasher ran out to a store to buy candles, the bartender kept the drinks going, the servers continued to take orders, and the food came out hot and delicious. The fact that all their food is made from scratch and they did it in the dark was an incredible accomplishment. Several people came in after the electricity went off. Rather than turn them away, they were seated and a candle was placed on their table making the atmosphere in the restaurant romantic. While having the electricity go out was an inconvenience, the staff at Silvio’s made it a pleasant experience.

Silvio’s is a family run restaurant. I have been going to it for years…following them from Ann Arbor to Canton. Authentic Italian food, melt in your mouth pasta. Great pizzas with light, airy crusts that don’t feel uncomfortably heavy. True Italian dining (I have been to Italy several times so I can honestly say that). Not Olive garden dining…real Italian, high quality food.

Really enjoyed this place. Fresh pasta. Weird since it is inside Buschs grocery store but I’m happy since a ton of people don’t know about it. Got the lasagna which was really good. Fresh garlic bread. Like oil and garlic chunks. Not some butter on toast. It turned into a makeshift date night. And we got groceries after!

What a wonderful experience! We had a party of 14 and everything went very smooth! The food was absolutely delicious and clearly fresh! The wine was great and service was on point. They were so patient and friendly! It was our first time visiting this family-owned establishment, and we will surely be back!

YES! So glad to see some authentic Italian cuisine in Canton. Our server was a friendly elderly woman who took care of us and knew what we needed before asking. It was like my Italian grandmother was serving us. The kids had paninis, my wife had a salad, and I ordered the sage gnocchi. Just wow! The food was a bit on the heavier side, so we took some of our entrees home to enjoy for dinner later. We will definitely be returning. I could see this being a good place especially for our anniversary or birthdays.

Came here tonight with my family for dinner. When we came in they were very busy. Our server was wonderful and polite. The entire staff was busting their butts making sure everyone was doing okay. The food tasted absolutely amazing and you can tell how fresh and homemade it is. Definitely my favorite Italian restaurant in the area, we will be back soon!
