Went there at about 1:45am. Was asked if I was a mobile app order or Door Dash driver? I replied “No” I just wanted to order food at the drive thru. The worker’s tone of voice got a little rude which was weird but whatever. I asked for a Crunchwrap Supreme and a chicken quesadilla. The chicken quesadilla was fine. However the Crunchwrap supreme was absolutely inedible. The tortilla had been cooked way too long. To the point it wasn’t soft but hard and couldn’t be properly folded. The inside was just a bunch of stuff mashed up inside it. Needless to say I’ll never eat at that location again.

I went to this location to pick up an online order and they didn’t give us the sauce we ordered they also didn’t give us the cheese dip for my wife’s chips. The soda had no ice in it and the food was cold. The food was thrown into the bag very horribly. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

I ordered an order on my app. When picking it up the lady over the speaker bit my head off. Than told me to pull around. When I got to the window, I was the only customer in the drive thru or lobby, the guy that opened the window yelled at me and told me I had a large order and needed to go park. I had like 5 items…. every one of them were soggy and cold when I got them. The Cinnabon bites tasted straight from the fridge. Worst service ever. I will never go back to this location. I would rather drive further from my house.

Don’t make the mistake of getting in the wrong line. Tiffany will threaten to not take your order if you ask her what your suppose to do about that. She’ll tell you “she doesn’t have to take your order at all.” Its very clear her customer service skills are grounded in control and verbal abuse of that establishments customers. I will tell you this: it was lunch time and I think she would’ve changed her better- than-tho treatment if it were a truck full of working men she treated like that!

My wife ordered a bowl. When food came out no fire or spoon. Asked fir one and was told had none, ran out. I asked how people suppose to eat without utensils. Manager asked what he should do. I said put a big sign on the door. Afterwards I think he should ask if people still want things that needs utensils

This place gets absolutely wrecked on reviews for some reason, but I went today for the first time to redeem a free reward item through the app. The drive-through was extremely quick (faster than any other Taco Bell I’ve ever been to). All the staff was very friendly and the food was normal Taco Bell quality . I’ll definitely return with less hesitation next time.

The entire place was dirty. Floor unmopped and trash everywhere. Every table was dirty. An older couple had to ask for a rag to clean it themselves and an employee came out and cleaned their one table. No one else in the building except our party (3) and the older couple. No one in drive thru and order took nearly 10 mins to get there. Forced to order from a kiosk (which is nerve wracking due to an immune disorder and the state of the restaurant). Cooks were friendly.

Absolutely worthless. Corperate should just shut this location down. Everytime i go there im usually the only or first car in line and they tell me its going to be a 15 min wait. The few timesi have done that wait the food is cold an looks like a toddler smashed it all together. Also they dont take cash ever.
