Ordering on the app actually makes the dining experience much slower. The drive through line is always backed up, and they never start working on it at the right time. There are still employees there, so it’s not like they’re understaffed, but I never see more than two people on the line. I used to frequent this store but now I avoid it unless I’m willing to wait 30 minutes for “fast food”.

Absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. I placed my order in the app and I arrived in the store, food was not ready. I waited ten minutes and still no food. When I asked for a manager they said there wasn’t one, and I asked what the wait for my food was and they told me “why don’t you come back here and cook the food”? I asked what time a manager came in and another person said the lady who told me there wasn’t one was the manager! Then she pointed to someone else and said “know what?? They’re in charge”. Who treats a customer that way??

This was my first time at this location and I was highly disappointed. I got the New dipping grilled cheese taco and it was cold, hard,and horribly unattractive. They gave me tons of sauce to over compensate for the lack of effort put into the actual food. This taco is currently being advertised and I am shocked that they didnt even try to prepare it properly. I would not recommend this location.

If I could give them a ZERO I would. Sat in the drive thru for 6 minutes, nobody took my order. I drove around and went inside, 4 people standing in the kitchen area conversing about some gossip on facebook. I ordered from the kiosk and still waited 10 minutes on my daggone food. Lock the doors and close down b/c the service is horrible !!!!!!!

I ordered ahead online, and ended up waiting in the drive through for over 30 minutes. That long of a wait on a Tuesday is kind of crazy. When I got to the window, my food still wasn’t done. Definitely not worth the wait, choose a different location.

This is by far the WORST taco bell in the whole USA. We placed a mobile order & when we get there they are out of almost all items i ordered which is not their fault. I ordered a chalupa , they said they were out & could replace my chalupa with a gordita crunch which i was okay with. Once i got to the window they gave me my food & when i checked it i didn’t have a gordita crunch. so i questioned it & they said they couldn’t do that so instead they replaced my 5$ chalupa with a 1.39 soft taco & that that was all they could do. so instead of just telling me they couldn’t replace it, even tho they stated otherwise , they just replaced it themselves without telling anyone and thought it would be okay. they are all a poor excuse of workers and it’s sad that they can’t handle a fast food place. they want to be paid more but can’t handle a simple food order. They need to shut this poor excuse of a fast food restaurant down. not to mention their workers have been caught doing fraud multiple times. so never use a credit card there bc they just had 2 workers get caught for card fraud. stole 1000$ from someone.

I hate to say but a Racist manager and most of the staff. 4 black people behind the counter doing nothing while the only 2 white people where doing all the work. We where told that we had to order on the kiosk because they didn’t take orders (we are white) but the next gentleman was black so they took his order. Very unfriendly! Do not recommend this place.

I went inside to order every person behind the counter acted like they absolutely hated their jobs and did not want to be there. The food was disgusting even for taco bell! There was Noone in the drive thru& 3 people BEHIND me in line. It took them almost 25mins to get my food!
