The sizzling hibachi grill was a stage of culinary artistry, where skilled chefs skillfully prepared our meal right before our eyes. The spectacle of flames and the aromatic aroma created an electric atmosphere that added to the excitement.

Tried Japanese Hibachi for the first time, and the experience was worth it. Loved the food very much, ordered angus steak and chicken hibachi for the main, and for appetizers had chicken gyoza and amazing shrimps. Everything was spot on and enjoyed the food plus the theatrics from the chef making our food. Highly recommended, coming again !!

We went to Zaza Japan after knowing its Halal. We had a great experience, the customer service is great, the food is good. The quantity is full filling but a bit expensive. All the drinks we had kind of tasted similar. All of them had pineapple taste so that was kind of off. As we enter there is a bar which was like kind of weird having it at Halal place.

Everything tasted great. Loved our chef! We had the 2 item combo hibachi. It came with this delicious onion soup, salad with the mango dressing, two shrimp, your choice of fried rice or noodles (cost $2), 2 pieces of shrimp and your choice of 2 meats (I had chicken and salmon, the other guest had steak and scallops). They are also willing to show you the meat they use if you need halal verification. They do sell alcohol but is not used for the strictly halal guests. Make sure you mention you’d like strictly halal service. They do have automated gratuity.

A halal hibachi place in New York. Best believe we will be back. Not only was it halal but it was great food for a great price. The steak was cooked exactly how we wanted it to be, and the drinks were all great (virgin drinks). The mango drink we had tasted like a mango shaved icy of sorts and we were just as impressed by the lemonades. This was over an hour of a drive and we loved every bit of it. The staff was very accommodating and the hibachi was an experience in itself. Glad to have taken the family here, it was a great experience and great food for a good price.

The restaurant is clean & peaceful. The decorations is on point. Service is very good but not happy with the food. After you order, you will get your food in few minutes. Sushi is very chewy & doesn’t test good. I don’t like their kani salad at all. Only the shrimp hibachi was ok but not big fan of it.

Came here with family and friends for the hibachi dinner for my birthday. The atmosphere was amazing and the chef was super entertaining. He made balloon animals for the kids which was super sweet and we all enjoyed our time there. Having a halal spot was a major plus otherwise we wouldn’t have had the opportunity to experience this as we are all muslims. Will definitely come again!

Zaza is one of our favorite Japanese restaurants. Both Hibachi and Dine In are incredible experiences. Wonderful food and drinks in a welcoming comfortable environment. Amazing sushi options and an extensive happy hour menu!

Went for happy hour and yes you pay less but you get exactly that, less quality. The fried rice smelled like bacon even though I ordered chicken im sure it was pork and did not look like the picture at all had no veggies in it. The rolls were just loaded with rice and sauce, ate one and the rest went in the garbage. The calamari and dirty martini were only good thing about this experience but I was charged extra for my drinks bc they were Martinis. I left there unhappy, bloated, and with a stomach ache. Yes it looks good visually but this place is taking advantage of their demographic for sure. So many better options in the area, will not be returning.
