Please do not waste your hard earned money here. If you do just pull up and say I’d like to order food for 1 and hope for the best. They mess up orders an unbelievable percent, my experience 80%. The people working there are rude to customers and each other. Going into the dining room you find basically the entire front staff outside on the patio smoking and gossiping about co-workers. There is no excuse for a business to be operated this way. It looks nice from the road but trust me keep driving. I had my first Wendy’s burger and frosty in Daytona by the boardwalk when they first opened there decades ago, today I spend my last cent with Wendy’s. Do better.

The food is disgusting. I ordered the garlic fries once, the fries tasted like they’d been sitting there from the previous day. I ordered the taco salad another time that has the chili that comes with it. The chili was literally ALLLLL beans. Not a single piece of meat, no tomatoes, just sauce. They are definitely not following the recipes or taking any pride in their work to serve decent food. It’s a shame because it’s brand new, and I’m a prime location so they could be doing booming business. I won’t be going back.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Health hazard! We ordered through the app and paid and then walked up to the entrance. Woman on cell phone upfront talked about getting her fair cut on her cell phone with other employees sitting near her on their breaks…talking drug deal? We went into use the bathrooms and then up to the counter. A very nice young lady in uniform greeted us. However, then we saw an older male employee? (no uniform) wearing a ski hat touching chicken nuggets with no gloves on and then picking stuff off the floor and throwing in the garbage can and then resumed touching food without gloves or handwashing. We also saw another non-uniformed staff (?) person come in from outside and go back behind the counter and not wash his hands and return to work. Needless to say we left without our food or money and will NEVER EVER GO BACK. So sorry for the nice young lady who was trying to be helpful and whoever ordered the chicken nuggets through the drive-through. Hope they didn’t get sick.

Hey Wendy’s .This lady named Samantha, on her name tag. She’s up front and she’s rude most of the time. She makes ugly faces at customers and she struggles to count money. I asked her for my change back she didn’t know how much to give. So I told her to keep it.Then we sat there in line for the whole 20 mins, and she stood there staring at the screen. We watched her ring up the next customer when she came back. over to the register. She was struggling to ring things in. Whatever u do. Don’t go there at night when she’s there. It’s not worth your time to stand in line for an hour.

Should get no Stars! Worst experience ever! Waited 20 min to place an order at drive thru with only one car ahead of us. Then another 10 min to pay. All we ordered were two breakfast sandwiches. We were told to pull forward and wait for our order to be made. Finally we received our food. After all that waiting, we were given the wrong order. Instead of bacon we were given 2 horribly spicey sausage sandwiches which we were unable to eat!! Never again!

So the food is usually ok. No complaints there. It’s the lack of organization , staff training and general attitude of the staff. They’re clearly understaffed and the people there cannot cope under the work load. Pretty pointless review as no one responds. I’d say if you’re not in a rush and don’t mind waiting 30-45min it’s ok. Don’t expect trash to be emptied or napkins to be filled.

I recently held a Celebration of Life for my Loved One. Wendy’s Chili has always been his favorite food. I coordinated with Gideon, the Manager, on how much chili I would need. He explained they have family size buckets and how many I would need to feed the number of people I was having. Barbara, who also works there was extremely helpful in have the numerous buckets of chili, and plenty of napkins, crackers, spoons and extra hot chili seasoning already and boxed up for pickup. They did a fantastic job and everyone enjoyed the bowls of chili. Thank you staff at Wendy’s for putting this together for me.

My husband tried to get food inside while I went next door to get gas. He went to the counter, which apparently no one works ever, and was waiting to be served cause he had wanted to pay with cash. There is a way of asking the customer to use the kiosk instead of being rude and loud about it. Would have went different if that was said in front of me cause I would have went off. Have good customer service it’s your job.

The only door to get inside was locked or broken. There were plenty of other customers inside eating. I’m not sure how they got inside? But my family and several other customers were not able to enter. Past reviews shows this door issue has been going on for a long time. If you placed a sign on the door, customers would know what’s going on. “Door broken, we’ll be with you shortly” or “Lobby closed” would be sufficient. If the door is simply broken – for months now (?) perhaps a door jamb can be used, or another simple solution. Clearly it *can* open because patrons were inside. So … prop it open. Or just close the lobby outright. Just a strange situation. I am embarrassed of this store’s management and the corporation.

Update 3-19-23. I tried again after a few months, this time going inside. It will be the last time. The door wouldn’t open, so after a few progressively harder pulls I decided it must be locked and walked away. Then an employee came out to let me in saying in an annoyed voice “I was coming, give me a minute”, then she proceeded to sit outside for 15 minutes until asked to come back by the counter person. Apparently the door is damaged or improperly hung and jams when fully shut, but are the customers supposed to just assume they’ll have to be let into the building? No one would assume that. That’s a pretty unreasonable assertion and terrible customer service. They could hang a sign on the door (or have it fixed) if it’s adds so much hassle to their apparently overwhelmingly difficult job.
