The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and the staff very friendly. They were quick to take my order and get me my drink. I had an orange cream shake that was amazing. It was just like an orange cream-icicle in a cup! The restroom was also clean, which was nice.

The staff was rude especially general manager Bo Basma. I had to wait so long for my order that when I finally did get my food, it was cold! All of these positive reviews must be paid or something because this place sucks. Also, my cheese looked old!!

Arbys is a decent fast food restaurant for roast beef subs. I usually try their greek gyro which is very economical though it doesnt match with what we get at Mediterranean restaurants. Still its good enough for the price and have some three-pepper sauce too

I stood in the lobby 10 minutes no one said as much as hello! only one other man there and he waited ten minutes for his order he had already placed! then I waited at least five more minutes for two Jamoca shakes and 2 cookies I refused to wait for an order of food! must have had a manager change
