Our order over the phone went perfectly smooth and the delivery went perfectly smooth. Both very polite employees. But after I realized our order was delivered I correctly and I called, that’s where it went downhill. The employee that answered my call was completely rude and unprofessional. He argued with me and said, THAT’S NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED!” A simple, “I’m so sorry your order was entered wrong, let me see what I can do to help.” It’s not difficult to be polite and have some professionalism. The phone was set down on me twice without being told what was going on until finally someone got back on the phone and said they would be sending out a correct pizza. But without any apology for the unprofessional behavior. Do not plan to ever place an order at this location again.

Never ordering pizza here again. Ordered a pizza tonight and when I went to pick it up I was informed my ordered had been canceled by them for no apparent reason. Not the first time this has happened at this location either.

The GPS said that my pizza was delivered and it wasn’t. They lied to make it look like my order was delivered in their system. They had taken my order to someone else. I did not receive my order at the estimated time, because they had to hunt down my order to get it delivered. They did nothing to compensate me for their mistake. This particular location is 7 mins from my house. It took them 50 mins to get to my house after they said they will re-deliver my order. The food was cold when it arrived and not very good. They just brushed it off as if it was nothing. I will not be ordering from there again.

Goodness, ordering from this Domino’s left me not wanting to order from any Domino’s ever again. Twice they did not have any drinks. Last time after two and a half hour wait (and them not answering their phone after calling numerous times), they finally called to ask if I still wanted my order. Well, no. And even if they delivered I was not going to accept it. Trying to contact corporate was another joke too. Not sure what is going on at this location but they need to get it together.

This location has went downhill at a steady pace since it opened! They never have drivers and when they do, it takes hours to get your food. Of course it’s cold when it arrives so you have to plan ahead and have your oven preheated to heat it back up when it finally arrives. Good luck if you do carry out because it won’t be ready when they say. Your best bet is to just walk in and order it while waiting. They need to just close this store as Parkville deserves better than what this place provides.

I’ve ordered from here so many times, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had here. I ordered delivery hours ago and called and they said it was in quality check. Called again an hour and a half later and they said it was STILL in quality check. I asked why, and they put me on hold before it disconnected saying no one was available. I called back, asked about my food, and they put me on hold again. I’ve been on hold for over 15 minutes now. I cannot go in person to pick it up since I don’t have any transportation right now, otherwise I would. I am cancelling my order. I hope they fix their customer service. Pizza hut just got a new customer.

This was supposed to be a 2 topping pizza and the chicken primavera pasta . I don’t think the picture highlights how disgusting the pizza was- it was like slices from different pies were put together in an effort to make it whole. Bits of frozen meat were in between the cheese and crust and some of the cheese wasn’t even properly melted. The pasta- burnt, some pieces weren’t cooked right, and the sauce had a weird slimy texture. Did not feel comfortable eating either but when I tried to contact the store nobody was picking up (despite calling within the 30 min after receiving my order

Pizza was burnt(black and crispy in the middle) and missing cheese, both alfredo pastas had no sauce. When called to fix, manager claimed it was ordered without cheese even though our receipt clearly stated cheese. Manager then reluctantly said he would remake and deliver but would take a long while as he had one delivery driver but did not agree to that cheese was supposed to be on it.The driver was very pleasant though. Will see if the new pizza is edible.

Do not rely on their online delivery service. I had to drive to the store to check on the status of my order after 2 hours of zero updates and waiting. Time estimate on the app tracker just kept increasing, order status stayed as “prepping”. Staff member told me my order didn’t “show up” in their system yet my credit card has a pending charge so it showed up there. I canceled order and they did give an account credit of some sort but I will not be ordering or back again to use it.

I had an amazing experience. Me and my daughter went to order a pizza and we made a mistake but they still gave us a discount.
