This was my first and last visit to Dickey’s Barbecue Pit. The items available and prices are displayed above the ordering area. Six chicken wings $12.00…seem high but I wanted try them. The cashier rang up my order and said the 6 wings were $14.95 plus tax? I stated the menu over head list $12.00. He apologized but stated that was the price. Why not change your menu? Why not tell the customer before ordering? Again my first and last visit.

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, 7430 Las Vegas Blvd S Ste 110, Las Vegas, NV 89123, United States. We wanted to eat sparerib and chicken. The place looked closed but was open and we were able to order our food. We selected take away and eat it at home. The taste of the food is excellent, even above our expectations. Really good place for meat. Small fries with it and our meal was complete. The service in the shop is relaxed and efficient. Enjoyment!!

Convenient location near South Outlet, great and fast service. We ordered 2 meat plate and drinks. Delicious and soft meat, just the waffle fries so salty, the green beans was spicy to my taste. Free ice cream.

Your Product, Our Money
Advertising can be deceiving, looked so good and fresh on ads…just to be disappointed. My chicken was room temperature at best, half the meats on the menu were not available and my plate was not worth $20 (see picture) drink NOT included for that price. We were disappointed and felt ripped off. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Do not go here. I grew up in Texas where Dickey’s started. My family went all the time. I was happy to find one here in Vegas. I used to go on Saturday and Monday for the daily special. Sadly they have “new management” that does not honor them anymore. You can’t even use the deal on the app at this location. And the portion sizes were half now. They raised the prices and left the old prices displayed. They get you in so many ways. Who would do that?? I called their corporate office and they said they can’t do anything because it’s run independently. We will never go again. I hope they close. Boo this place. Boooo!

Where to start, first and foremost I rarely post reviews on google. However in this case I feel the need. A few weeks ago, I ordered over 70.00 worth of food. The ribs were black and basically over cooked. The chicken wings were crunchy and horrible. The rest of the order was just not up to par as it usually is with dicky’s bbq. I attempted to call the store but the line was busy. I escalated my complaint to the customer service line. They assured me they would reach out to the store and someone who get back to me. I got no phone call. Fast forward a few weeks later. I called the customer service line again, and they advised me that they have attempted to reach out to the franchisee and got no response. It’s unfortunate that they failed to respond to myself or even corporate. That clearly shows they have lost the passion they may have had for the restaurant or even their customers. That particular franchise will no longer receive my business. And should I find out they own an additional location, I will refuse to eat their as well. !!!Revised!!!! Store is closed, imagine that. I like Dickey’s for their tasty food at good prices. I have been to different locations in Southern California area and they have been consistent with their food, friendly service and cleanliness with the dining room. This location is just as good as the rest of them.

WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS! my entire order was wrong and they didn’t even care. I purchased two XL Meals plus two medium Cesar salads. Upon pick up they gave my this small bag and I immediately looked in the bag and new it was the wrong order, just meat containers and no sides. I told the guy that I was missing food and he asked me what…I explained what I was missing and he instructed his coworker to make the missing items. I wait 10 minutes and they give me my bags and say the order is all there. Again, upon looking I can tell they are still missing items. Again, the manager, I assume, asks what’s missing and I tell him (4) sides, (2) salads and the (6) extra sauces I ordered. Again he instructs his coworker to make the missing items. The coworkers grabs the receipt and looks it and then goes in the back. Comes back and gives me the bag and said all good. I didn’t even look because I knew it was wrong and just wanted to get out of there. I knew the coworkers was dyslexic from the way he kept staring at the receipt to figure out what he needed. Once I got back to work and laid out all the food for the birthday party, I was still missing (4) sides and the (6) extra sauces. I tried to call the store but there was no answer. Tried calling back over the next couple of hours because I wanted a refund and still no one would answer the phone. Even called Corp and they said they would look into it and send me free coupons and have the franchise owner call me. WHAT A JOKE!

Usually when you see a sign that says “new owner, better food” you expect a better experience. Not the case here, $47 dollars for 2 people and the prices don’t match the menu. Couldn’t get a receipt and the ice cream is broken. Avoid this place and go to Jessie Rae’s instead.
