Placed an order at 9:54 and got an estimated arrival of 30 minutes. An hour goes by so I call the store and the automated message says my order was canceled. So I stay on the line to talk to the manager and I get attitude about how the store closes at 11:00. Okaaaay but I ordered a full hour before the store closed. So not really understanding the problem? At least call me so Im not waiting around for food that was never even gonna be delivered

The delivery person was smoking when he delivered our pizza. In the age of courtesy, that was totally disrespectful. On top of that, our order was wrong. Since we are only visiting, I didn’t call to complain. I just know not to order from this location anymore

Everytime I order from this Pizza Hut the food arrived hot and prepared exactly as I wanted it. Their delivery time is really good. I order both via the Pizza Hut app and online which is really convenient. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with the owner of this location and who is a really pleasant and professional person!

One of the best things about Pizza hut pizzas is their sauce. However, for some reason they protect this sauce like it’s made of gold. If you ask for extra sauce, it seems like the staff gets upset, and we’ll give you LESS sauce for daring to make that request. after multiple attempts of trying to get a pizza with an adequate amount of sauce, I’m pretty sure I’ve never getting another pizza from this Pizza hut ever again. It’s not worth the hassle, nor the scrutiny. Also, the last time I visited it seemed like they were short-staffed and rocked on the back foot. They need to do better.

They don’t even deserve one star. You order but they never tell you if they have delivery drivers. Then they come back hours later asking you to pick your own pizza after the transaction has went through. They need more workers and drivers. I’m still waiting on my refund.

They did not deliver my entire order. The third party delivery driver knew nothing and could not contact the restaurant. I could not contact the restaurant. The corporate customer service only sent automated messages. No responses from an actual person. Still no refund for the missing items. I was generous with tip to encourage better service and now I regret that.
