Stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch! At this location you are able to place your orders utilizing a kiosk and there three available! Restaurant is small on the inside BUT the food is amazing and there’s plenty of seating on the outdoor! I personally had the steak and cheese sandwich and it was delicious, while you wait for your food to be made, enjoy some hand serve ice cream! This establishment is a must visit and the service was great despite the demand of the customers that are pouring in for a delicious handmade sandwich, soup or salad!

Jetties has a good thing going. I was over at the Foxhall road location and decided to try it out. I was not disappointed. From when I first walked in until I had my food as I walked out the staff was great. I picked up two sandwiches for my girlfriend and I. First up was their steak and cheese. The roll was perfect for their style of steak and cheese. Plenty of flavor, a good portion of steak, the cheese was melted throughout, and the roll was slightly toasted. It was very well done. What’s not pictured is the “Tom Nevers” sandwich (sorry by the way). This their club style sandwich with turkey, bacon, LTO, and I added their avocado spread. This was my favorite sandwich from them and one I will definitely be going back for. They have a few locations around the city. If you see one and are in need of a good sandwich make sure to stop in.

Solid sandwiches with customizable fillings and high quality bread. I like the Nantucket theme of the restaurant. We had an issue with our online order where one of the sandwiches was ready half an hour late.

Absolute worst experience, in any restaurant, anywhere in the world, in the last decade. Loud Mexican music (in a Cape Cod and Nantucket themed restaurant), 35 minutes to make 2 sandwiches ordered at around 7PM, and within 20 minutes, violent illness (perfect health when I went in; haven’t had food poisoning in many years). I’ve eaten at this place about 6 times over the last 3 years. The quality has steadily decreased. I will NEVER, EVER be back. The owner clearly doesn’t care at all. I’ll leave it to the Georgetown creepy college bros and their companions.

Right from when you enter, their logo on the door says Jetties with an arrow above it to imply the entry is to the right. Poor logo! I walk to next door, it’s a salon. Come back to the plastic door as if it’s a temporary, the one with the logo on it. Limited choices for vegetarians, but the employee was kind enough to explain we can get anything on the menu and ask to leave the meat off. I get the sandwich which cost about $13 for a toasted bread, avocado, tomato, sprouts, and cheese. I know things have gotten expensive but for this seemed extreme. Not going here again.

I ordered some one sandwich and two milkshakes and it took about 45 mins. Milkshakes were completely melted when picking up.

Jetties is the perfect place to go for a midday lunch! The sandwiches are filling, yet light at the same time! The ingredients were very fresh and the sandwich was layered just right! I just wanted maybe one more veggie on my roast beef sandwich!

Food is great, most times I have been here I have had no problems. However, if it’s busy it can be down right impossible to find someone to help out. I ordered a cup of soup and waited about 20 minutes, I asked if my order number was being made and got answers like “it’s coming up” and “you’ll have to wait until we call your number”. After 45 minutes I had enough and said I have to go, I need a refund. The guy behind the counter went to the pot of soup and poured my cup… 45 minutes to ladle out a cup of soup.

Sandwiches take about 40 minutes when busy. No tables for seating. I guess this is meant to imitate a mom n pop type casual restaurant. But when you order through an iPad instead of a person and it takes 25 minutes just to get your drink cups, that old school level of service has disappeared.
