My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding and his friends took us here brunch. Food – huge portions from what I saw if you ordered a full size waffle (plate size). My California omelette was tasty and a good portion size. The group loved their food overall. The only opportunity was the overly sweet blue drink my boyfriend’s best friend ordered. Service- fast and funny and respectful. Vibe – casual and clean. Overall, loved the selection, food, service and vibe of the place. Everyone at the table which was 5 of us total gave it a 5 out of 5 stars. I would recommend this place!

Thank the awesome service of the server, whose name is Christy. She made the overall experience amazing. That’s what going out to eat is about not just the taste of the food but everything and that can be dictated by the service all in itself. Christy is a gem. I hope that the owners understand and appreciate her. The food was ok. My dish was the biscuits and gravy combo, and I will have to say I was a bit disappointed. The scalians on top of the biscuits and gravy overpowered the taste way too much, of course, which means they were fresh, but they were too generous with what they put on top. I did ask for additional gravy to improve taste, but the gravy itself is not extremely flavourful. I would expect it to be from a soul food dish. The biscuits were not fluffy they were crumbly. The eggs, though three are designated, we’re not fluffy. They are also not very tasty, which leads me to question where the eggs come from and how fresh they are. My daughter says that normally, it’s the chicken and waffles that are amazing. Next time. I come, that is what I will try. In addition, the morning delivery was blocking the disabled parking spot, which only there is one of, and the parking lot full in the back. This is illegal. I understand this space is small, but delivery should happen before hours or not be blocking that space. When I mentioned it, I was given excuses and not action. I had to stop the gentleman. I was speaking to and tell him to hear what I was saying. There are many selections to choose from on the menu, so I’m not going to assume my experience with my dish was the only one. I would care to guess with how popular the place is and the fact that my daughter likes It … it means that there are other things on the menu that are fabulous. I do recommend this place. Everything was it’s exceptional in the way of service and our food coming out quickly correctly and hot. Anything we asked for came right away. It was a very enjoyable meal and atmosphere. It was my daughter’s birthday, so they came out with a waffle surprise with whip cream and berries that was extremely tasty. I will be back.

My family & I were in LA for three days, we ate at Woodland Hills & Waffles twice. We ordered the chicken & Waffles, hashbrowns, and pancakes. We all enjoyed our food, it was absolutely delicious. The waffles were nice and crispy, the pancakes had a great vanilla taste with strawberries on top. Our food came out fast & hot . Everything was great! The next time we’re in LA, we will definitely be back.

Had an absolutely wonderful birthday lunch today! I gobbled my omelette so no pics but here’s my waffle. Incredible!! Could only be improved by using real maple syrup (maybe offer it as an up charge?)

It was my first time being there and the environment is great. All the bussers were on top of their tables, the service was good, but the food was great. I barely finished my own chocolate chip pancakes after my eggs. It was busy but bussers and another server often checked in on us. Great people, great food, good vibes. We spent about $60 for 2 people so it wasn’t bad at all for all the food we got. Definitely recommend. It was a bit chilly outside so we chose to sit inside and the wait was only about 20 minute which wasn’t bad at all.

Great coffee, food, and service. Overall really enjoyable breakfast. Waffles were perfection. The texture was great, not dry, made fresh. Our waitress was also really great. Friendly and attentive. Would definitely come here again. Parking is a bit of a struggle but not terrible.
