Under New Ownership as of December 1st 2015. Breath taking improvements. Customer Service …. Very pleasant and friendly! Restaurant is spotless, and very inviting. The food is now extremely delicious. Mouth watering menu, served with love. Everything a George Webb should be.

We ordered pancakes and hashbrowns. The hasbrowns came in a cardboard dish. Only the top layer was cooked. The pancakes were pure black. The boss or manager was sitting in the front talking to 2 ladies instead of helping customers. The phone was also ringing, and no one picked uo the phone. The workers were goofing around, and they were not wearing hairnets and were just wearing bandanas. Overall worste experience i have wver had at a restaurant. Hopefully you guys get a better experience then me and my family did.

I’be gone twice… I never judge just off 1 experiance… both times there were employees being loud, and obnoxious. this is wisconsin, my dad raised me on George web’s trips after ball games and such, but this one has mostly rude employees, swearing, loud… I wouldn’t bring in my son. The walls are decorated like a bar…which is fine for a bar, but I don’t need our kids reading disrespectful signs on the wall. It is also not the cleanest of webbs resaurants. I rarely see customers as I shop at the grocery store there regularly

They ran out of diet Pepsi at 9:30 am on a Saturday so I was unable to get a refill. The waitress asked what I would like instead so I asked for a glass of milk. Lo and behold when the bill came, not only was I charged 1.99 for the soda, but also 2.79 for a glass of milk. My husband asked about this and we were told that the waitress had only been there 3 days and made a mistake. She should have told us that I should have only been offered soda as a substitution. When I spoke to whom I assume is the head waitress to express my dissatisfaction indicating that it really wasn’t my problem that they ran out of product, she responded that it wasn’t theirs either…they are new owners and the business has tripled since they took over and they obviously didn’t plan well for the volume. How does this response make sense? It doesn’t. I didn’t even mention to them that the hamburger bun was cold and didn’t have fried onions as requested. The poor waitress was stuck in the middle. I hope they treat their employees better than their customers. We will not be returning. They did eventually take off the 1.99 for the diet Pepsi. We and all the other patrons heard the manager yelling “take it off!” from behind a wall, not even coming out. I know it’s only a couple of bucks but this was very petty and short-sighted by the manager…very disappointed that we had to get into a discussion over something that should have been so simple. Ps…there’s a Pick n Save next door. How about running over and picking up a few liters of soda as a back up plan?

Second time in this George Webb, both times at non-peak times and hard to find a clean empty table. This time five tables with customers most other tables dirty & not serviced. Found one table to sit at, stayed for five minutes and never saw one worker. No one said be right with you or any greeting, left after the five minutes. The first visit although not clean the staff was pleasant, that brought me back. Can’t say if I will give it another go.

The owner was extremely friendly and the staff were both skilled and very nice. The food was simply superb and I have nothing really bad to say. Definitely check out this George Webb if you are looking for a bite to eat in the area.

Noticed that the Pub Burgers, are MUCH thinner than before. Our Waiter/ Chief, was so Loud and Obnoxious that we almost left. I called and talked to the owner, and told him my concerns, his excuse was he worked a double shift and he couldnt say that if I came in again, his employee wouldnt be just as Obnoxious!!!!! See Ya Im Done With You!!!!!!!

Best Webbs I’ve been to. TVs with Netflix, great atmosphere. Neal the cook/waiter on Fridays and Saturdays made the best food and was super friendly and helpful. Well worth the visit. Not your average Webbs, much better!!!
