I really try & avoid this location, something is always wrong & the wait time long. My kid begged for KFC tonight, another disaster ! The gravy was put in the bag sideways & the cover wasn’t on properly, it leaked through the bag and all over my car seats ! Whom should I send the cleaning bill to ?

We ordered chicken tenders, the chicken was darker brown than the crust on the outside. You could squeeze the oil out of it. If we lived closer we would have returned it but instead it ended up in the trash and money wasted. Will never drive thru or do business there again!!!!

Brought a sixteen piece chicken bucket home only to find out every piece of chicken was so over cooked and burnt we had to throw it away. That’s the last time I’m going to you’re KFC. I wouldn’t go back even if you offered it for free.

Just sat in drive thru line for 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich… JUST one lone chicken sandwich. Why?! It’s not busy there’s plenty of staff I’m a former fast food employee and if I was working that slow and making custies wait that long to not even get napkins, I’d be FIRED! Remember napkins, learn how to do ur jobs. Never eating at this kfc again

Not busy. Made me wait additional 15 minutes for my online order. Said sauce was in the bag, it was NOT. NONE OF THE FOOD WAS FRESH. FRIES WERE BEYOND SALTY. CHANGE YOUR FRYING OIL, it’s DISGUSTING. if you order Taco Bell, it will be covered in coleslaw dressing. Touching their faces with their gloves hands. Not one of them wearing a mask. They all move like slugs. Drive through takes priority because that’s the only thing they are monitoring. None of the food was fresh, I have no idea why I had to wait 35 minutes for a mobile order. I REPEAT! IT WAS NOT BUSY. The food is DISGUSTING, it might be okay if you tongue doesn’t work. FOUL. NEVER AGAIN.

If there was a place for a negative star, I would mark it. We go to KFC often because they are one of the only places in town. We ordered through Door Dash and when the Mr. was bringing the food to my husband, the handle on the bag broke and the bag ripped, spilling the 16 piece bucket of chicken all over the ground. The other food didn’t open at all. I called the store and spoke to the assistant manager and she was not hearing my side of the story. All she kept saying was, “when the chicken leaves the store, we are not responsible for replacing it”. So we argued about them putting way too much food in the bag and that being the reason that the bag broke. She then asked if I wanted to buy another bag because they charge 10 cents per bag. I said that I definitely would have bought a bag for each item. There was no option to purchase extra bags so we were unaware that we could. We figured it would be “common sense” not to put 3 potato containers, a coleslaw container, 3 gravy, a 16 piece bucket of chicken and a box of biscuits in ONE bag. I then asked to talk to the manager and she told me to get a refund through Door Dash. Again, ignoring that it was THEIR fault for over filling the bag in the first place. Needless to say, I am calling corporate tomorrow and we will never give them business again. We will also share our experience on Facebook with our friends and hope that they don’t go there either. All over a BUCKET OF CHICKEN that they wouldn’t replace. They are rude every time that we go there also but, this tops it.
