We ordered our usual….a large chicken teriyaki with onions mushrooms and banana peppers to be split. What we received had less filling than I usually get on a small. Additionally it was as bland as could be. It was as if they hadn’t used teriyaki. It was so bad it prompted me to do my first online review. I will never go back to this location. $20 wasted.

Visiting from CA and love this place. I stop here whenever I’m in town. Great food, excellent service, and convenient to get to. The young man at the register today patiently put up with my questions for substitutions and never lost his smile. The PS crew are always friendly and accommodating, though, and the subs and the French fries are out of this world.

I guess I was expecting what they were a few years ago when they had good quality food and polite people working there…..but was greatly disappointed to find that quality is completely lacking. The person that I interacted with was friendly and courteous, but did not make up for the difference in price between the menu on the wall to order from and what you paid. The fries were old soft and barely had a bit of warmth to them besides being way overcooked. When I got home to eat my meal, I found that it had no cheese as it should have had and was an almost bland roast beef sandwich but for a little bit of spicy taste. All in all…this will be the last time I will waste my money at any Penn Station restaurant.

I had ordered two medium sandwich and two fries one with onion one without the order was over $25 and they mixed the sandwiches with the tags where the person without onions started to eat their sandwich and onions were apparently in there so when I went back and told them showed them exactly what had happened I had to wait another 20 minutes for the sandwich to be made right and asked if I could have a warm fry along with the newly made sandwich since they were cold and she said the manager refused! that’s poor service it was not my fault that they messed up the tags on which sandwich had the onions and which didn’t so therefore did not get any fries or should I say got cold fries with my sandwich . It’s something every time I go to that location I will be going to the Amelia location for now on.
