I’ve had good experiences here before so I won’t give you a 1 but the way your staff handles customers without management present is horrible and disgusting . They are serving rotten lettuce and not caring about it at all. When I mention no lettuce because it’s rotten they just gave me blank faces. Everyone at this establishment needs to be fired because nobody cares at all!!

We got coupons for this place so decided to try it out. Before we even ordered they checked the could to make sure they would work (because to find out at the register would be a bummer). One we got the go ahead, we ordered and deeply enjoyed the fresh made sandwiches. Better than the fancy subs we had the night before.

Ordered three sandwiches online for in-store pickup. I paid to add bacon on one of my sandwiches (to include a tip) and when I got home, I discovered that they did not add the bacon I paid for. It wasn’t worth driving back to complain. It may be better to order inside or check your sandwich before you leave the store. As you can read Jersey Mike’s response below, they DGAF.

First time trying this place stood around for 10 minutes while the staff just talked and fooled around. When finally asked to order my sandwich, but the add ons were old. Lettuce was a new bag mixed in with already brown old lettuce the tomatoes were wilted and looked gross. Careful when asking or oil and spicing because they don’t know how much to put. I hate soggy sandwiches and this all I have more oil and old brown Lettuce than anything.

This was my first visit here and it was perfect! They greeted me right away and were just as prompt to take my order. My food was ready within 10 minutes and was incredibly delicious!
