They are out of food a lot of the time. You spend more time waiting then enjoying your food. With that being said, it is fresh most of the time. Some workers could use better customer service training however not all interactions have been bad.

Usually I like panda express… but tonight OMG…. it looks like someone ate part of my dinner… my husband and I have the same thing. Fried rice, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. I asked for teriyaki sauce on the rice. So my husband owns it and says ‘I guess you are some on the drive home?’ It looks like some body ate 1/2 my dinner… and only 1 package of teriyaki sauce. None on the rice or the chicken … my dinner on right his on the left.

Ordered 3 meats and 2 sides (bigger plate). Received tiny portions of everything. It literally took 2 fork fulls to finish my chow mein. I got about 4 pieces of orange chicken, 2 pieces of sweet fire chicken, and the honey walnut shrimp. I paid 19$ for this meal and got ripped off. A call will be made. I got as much “protein” that they usually put in a bowl

I’m a bit disappointed. My husband and I love Panda Express, but don’t order it as often. We came back from a long trip and wanted something that didn’t involve much thought. I ordered my usual broccoli and beef along with some chicken dishes. One piece of beef. A piece of beef hidden amongst the chicken. Same thing with my husband. He ordered the steak dish but was left with disappointment. Three pieces of steak. I understand times are tough, but it’s not right to charge us full price without the benefits. It goes beyond taking advantage. If you can’t afford the higher end meat (beyond chicken), then take it off your menu. It’s not fair to dupe the customer to make a buck.

I ordered a cub meal through Uber Eats. It came WITHOUT the Teriyaki chicken. The manager was nice and apologized, he was cool. But, Panda Express needs better employees if 3 of them called out on a Friday.
